Stayed here for a business trip. Not the best looking place but just needed a place to sleep and shower. Clean sheets and towels and staff is great as well as a discount on top of the cheap price for a business trip. Would stay here again

Great hostility. We had to evacuate to here because of hurricane Michael. Would definitely come back here if we needed too.

Gregory Peck Stayed here in 1962!

Mike (owner) took good care of us in this vintage Monroeville, Alabama motel. We felt like we were back in 1962 when Gregory Peck met up with Harper Lee before the filming of "To Kill a Mockingbird."

Just down the street is Mel's Dairy Dream Restaurant where Lee's house once stood and the adjacent lot has a plaque of where her next door neighbor Truman Capote lived. The old courthouse has all the history you need to know and is completely free.

The motel is not fancy but it does make you feel like you are back in that era.

My husband and I was WOW by the rate....It was clean but it could've been better...the front desk was AWESOME!!!
