Great experience. Our daughter's French horn had one of the keys break the week before a performance. I stopped in with the horn and it was fixed in a matter of 10 minutes without charge. Very highly recommend Kidder music and we will be back for other needs in the future!

When daughter's flute broke it was recommended by a friend that we try Kidder Music. Everyone from the person who returned my daughter's email to the gentleman we dealt with at the store were friendly and helpful. I was braced for a costly repair but they fixed it in just minutes and charged me nothing!

They are so helpful! They helped me find the perfect level of music books for our homeschooled kids... Compatible Trios series. We used these books to play music at a local nursing home.

Brought my grandfather's trombone in to be cleaned and ready for my son's band practice and they took really good care of the instrument. They are honest hard workers because the instrument was so well maintained they didn't even need to do any work on it. Will be back for all instrument needs!!

I have have a service/ maintenance plan for my High School daughters trombone. Jamie and his team did an awesome and prompt job picking up the trombone at our house, proved a complete service, and returned it to our house the next evening! Awesome customer service!! 5 stars for all involved!

Beth and Cole at Kidder Music went above and beyond helping me with a recorder purchase (last minute!) for school. They were friendly, helpful and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there at closing time. I appreciate their kindness and waiting for me to arrive... which meant my son didn't show up for his first music class without his recorder. ;-) Peoria is lucky to have a one stop shop for instruments in the area with outstanding customer service!

Shop well laid out, lots pf choices in instruments. Sales staff very pleasant and helpful. Found what we needed, doubled checked to make sure it fit the grandson's requirements, then paid and done. Good experience.

I rented a trumpet from here for my son during the 21-22 school year. It was easy to sign up and pay online and a rep dropped it off at his school. Recently, something happened to the valves and they picked it up, had it fixed and back to the school in a day! Impressive. I chatted with a rep about returning the trumpet as my son may not be in band next year. The return was quick and easy and they are even going to pick it up from his school. I love the simplicity of everything and will definitely rent from here again if my son decides to join band again.

Great customer service... Fast and very polite.. The monthly payments are very reasonable if you're looking to rent new or used instruments. Love that I was able to purchase the accessories and instrument at one place with fast delivery. Keep up the good work!

My son had the chance to be the "manager" of this store in a Peoria a few years back. It was such a great experience. We were given the grand tour and even took some wonderful pictures. The staff was very welcoming and I even found some sheet music for an audition for a reasonable price. They even offer voice lessons. I hope to stop by again soon.

I recently ordered a ton of sheet music for a festival. Every time I called Kidder Music, I was greeted in a pleasant and professional manner. Jamie, the Print Music Manager, was extremely patient with my many questions, calls, and orders. I appreciated his excellent communication and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I had the music in time.

We love Kidder. We bought our daughter's flute from here recently and they were super helpful and patient with my 13 year old. It was a big decision for her. We also started weekly lessons and are very pleased with the facility. My daughter loves her teacher.

Very helpful and informative on which brand to purchase, pinpointing the specific differences, and most impressed by the fact that commission wasn't a factor to the salesman. It was more important what was best for a beginner. We were allowed to play the different instruments and brands, as well. A great music store to visit!!! We will definitely be back! 💯
