AT&T Store

Clean and updated store with many phone accessory options. Chelsea who helped me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly in regards to trading in my old phone for the new one. I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Best experience I've had at ANY cellular store! Kudos to Joe and Cat for so much support and help in getting me setup with a new phone, figuring out best service plan, and for resolving a service issue I had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store for any ATT services!

I usually dread the ATT store but had to go in today for phone upgrade options and Cat helped me and she was great! Super helpful and friendly and went over all the different options to make sure we were utilizing our plan properly. I’m glad I can say it was a pleasant experience!

Jacob and Chelsea helped me at the store. They were very helpful and did a great job at getting my issues fixed from a mixup that happened when Att shipped me the wrong product. They got me the right product I was looking for and helped me send the other product back. Also thank you to all the employees who helped with getting my old phones boxed up and ready to send out.

The young lady was the best I ever dealt with at any AT&T store. Very nice and knew her job well

Cat Norman was my rep at the store and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable , friendly, helpful. I actually went in to cancel service and go somewhere else but stayed because of Cat.

I worked with Nicole, she was very professional and made sure I got what I needed done! I would recommend anyone to come down here and get their business done with these people. Very sweet and professional and makes you feel comfortable with your decisions. Never going anywhere else.

Tonight we had to get my daughter a new phone so we went into the Att store here in town , let me tell ya the service was great ! The man helping us Jacob Howell was so nice took the time to explain things an help us get the best deal !! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Kiele at the Jerseyville, IL AT&T store. Kiele is very knowledgeable and personable. She explained everything so well and was even able to help us lower our monthly payment!! We appreciated her help very much and didn't mind waiting a few minutes in order to have such great service from her.

Bottom line: GIVE NICOLE A RAISE!! I went in today because my phone died. I mean died, screen black, get calls but not be able to answer, can't call out, can't access anything. I could only get the volume button to respond. My teenager and my 23 year old could not get it to hard reset. I HATE getting a new phone. I even hate upgrades. I went to the store in tears not wanting a new phone. NICOLE was there. She greeted me with a smile. She told me she would look up my info, but before I got crazier, she said she wanted to look at it. I had no hope. Using my volume button she hard reset my phone, gave it a minute, and before I even had time to sit down, she had it back to running normal again!! My teenager was even amazed. She smiled again and showed my daughter how to do it, incase we needed to do it again in the future. NICOLE then looked at my account, went over who could get an upgrade and what discounts I was getting. She then mentioned insurance and before I knew it I had everything I needed to replace my daughter's broken phone. She is honestly the nicest, politest, most efficient, focused on the customer rep I have ever talked to in that store! I have generally been happy with my service at this location, and maybe not having to get a new phone is what made her so great, but she really was nice and did not make me feel stupid or like I was a bother. THANKS NICOLE!!
