Glassman and Associates are the nicest group of CPAs I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They're truly a mom & pop (& kids) shop. My tax prep isn't as straightforward as most people's. They have always ran my returns in multiple ways to ensure I get most back from my returns, and have gone above and beyond to keep us on track, filed on time, even when I drop the ball. One year, I contacted them on April 15th, and said "can you file an extension for us?" And they said, "we already did!" That's what I'm talking about! Thank you, Gassman team! Top notch !

I contacted Lauren Grossman in mid-march 2021. She had a death in the family so I contacted her again in late April. then...radio silence.

I reached out to her today, June 15 2021 and she tells me that she didn't get any of my emails except the one that landed in her spam folder on May 28. So the question is, why didn't she reply to that email? Why didn't she follow up like other CPAs have in previous years?

I find her lack of communication to be totally unprofessional and unacceptable. And unfortunately three months might end up costing me a lot of time, energy, money and stress.

Perhaps she has too much business, and one would be better served seeking a true professional elsewhere.
