Wes helped us accommodate my 95 year old dad with a new phone. Wes was exceptionally congenial and helpful-made the whole process go smooth! All the staff was very friendly and seemed confidant they wanted the best for us as a customer. Definitely recommend.

I’ve always had good experiences here and any issue I’ve ever had the employees have fixed. As long as you have patience and are kind, it makes things go so much more smooth. The employees are not magicians so just relax and they will help you as good as they can.

Marianne was a kind agent and did her best to help me. There was a mistake that led to me losing out on a several hundred dollar promo. When I expressed my frustration to the manager he was quick to point fingers and did nothing to resolve the issue.

They lie about how much your bill is going to be, and the service is terrible. Would not recommend
