Amazing place
I bought a nitro slash here a few weeks ago and it runs very good and is a blast to use.
Nice store they have lots of RCs and crawlers to. I would recommend checking this place out. They have reasonable prices as well.
I will be coming back here for fuel and parts for my nitro slash. Great store and the owner is helpful to! They carry VP fuel and it’s the best!
Edit: I have gone back a few times to get some upgrades for my slash and he had all of them in stock that I needed! Also saw that they had a few nitros in stock. Very good hobby shop!

Lots of trains and bicycles however I come here for the rc cars and parts. Prices are on point with arrma and traxxas online and you don't have to wait for shipping. They stock every part for my Xmaxx I've needed and Rich is a nice easy guy to talk to.

I love this place. Needed a used bike to ride around on while in the area working and got one that was perfect for my needs. Plus who doesn't want to look at slot cars and model trains as well as bikes. Two thumbs up and five stars.

Awesome place. I get all my RC car gear from here. Always a fun time looking at all the items for sale. Really a great selection all around..

Great Local Bike Shop. Friendly helpful service. When it comes to bikes, you get what you pay for. 2 years of free maintenance comes with every bike and these are meant to last. My son is so excited to ride the new bike he got. Thanks for being a part of our community.

Great place to buy RC products and replacement parts. Usually has the stuff.

Great shop with some of the basic essentials for cycling. Amazing deals on used bikes as well. Got my wife a solid bike for under 100$ and the staff was extremely helpful and very kind

Crazy good prices on parts for rc trucks and airplanes, way better than I could find anywhere online. The guys who own the store are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only place I’m going to go for RC parts from now on.

I love this hobby shop! I just recently found it and it is the go to place for every rc enthusiast. This store is stocked with spare parts tires bodies transmitters lipos nitro/gas and brushless motors, both stock and upgrades. They stock more Traxxas parts but still have a variety of Arrma and losi. This store has hobby grade name brand models parts lipos etc so you will not find cheap noname inexpensive electronics which is a good thing. It doesnt make sense to put a $20 ebay servo inside my $1,000 xmaxx. Prices are the same as buying on traxxas and horizon hobby websites so I always encourage buying local instead of online. Plus you dont have to wait for shipping. They also have bikes, trains and all the bits to customize what ever youre into. It seems the more fun I have the more I break so Im sure I will be back many many times

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Rich and Charlie won me over years ago and it is the only hobby shop I buy parts from. I own multiple rc vehicles and they have always been able to guide me with any questions I have or any parts needed for repairs. Huge parts selection. Staff is super friendly and always smiling. Can't thank these guys enough for keeping all my trucks rolling. Charlie has repaired multiple vehicles for me and Rich has always helped me with advise when it came to upgrades. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks again guys!!!

Great service on bikes and quick turn around time. I've bought lots of quality accessories for my bike over the years there. The models are fun, too. I just got a train set for under the Christmas tree.

They have an exceptional verity of just about everything 4 the hobby enthusiast, one of the few places left in the northern IL area. I was a grade school kid when hobby shops were plentiful, unfortunately the kids of 2day r hooked on video games, that have a life span of about 3 months avg. 2bad, I still have my train sets from the early-mid 1960s, a life long hobby, that video games can not even complete with. 2days kids r missing so much, what a shame.

Came in looking for help with an old remote control boat from the 80's I knew nothing about. Within moments I had everything I needed to get it back on the water. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very honest about what I was working with, will definitely visit again!

AMAZING!- I love this hobby shop! everything is fairy priced and they have a boatload of RC's and parts Mainly Traxxas. From what I can see they also have a wide selection of model trains HO and O scale bikes and slot cars. they will also help you out with your r/c. The only time they closed earlier than the hours posted on me was once and it was 10 below zero. other than that their hours are pretty good. great hobby shop!

this is a very good Hobby shop and a small bike shop! his web site BLOWS and does him NO justice!!! HOBBY GUYS WILL LOVE IT ! I didn't even know they had that much RC stuff! actually they have ALOT and offer advice / help !!!!!! not that guys like me want service help but is also offered for you maroon!! the hours are 12 -7 but he runs late a lot!
