Bob Lindsay Rental Cars

My boyfriend & I always come here when we are in need of a rental. We go to Michigan a lot, so we constantly come to Bob and Lindsey Honda for rentals. We are met with such kindness and gratitude everytime we come. We have never had a better experience at any other rental place. More people need to run their business the way these people do!

Rented here for the first time, this will absolutely be our new go to! First of all the customer service is outstanding, the cars are excellent and it’s local! We have rented for years from another company, but have been experiencing horrible service the last year or so, this is so great as we frequently rent cars!! You will not be disappointed with Bob Lindsey Rentals!! We will be renting here all the time!
(One recommendation I would like to make is an incentive program, because we will be forever customers if y’all keep doing business like you are)

Needed a rental car in short order. Rented online from a large company who then said they couldn't deliver. Drove to the next closest facility that had inventory but they couldn't provide one in the timeframe I needed. Sue at Bob Lindsay was fabulous. She answered the phone, understood my concern and was able to get me in a car immediately. Bob Lindsay understands their customer base. I will definitely use them ANY time I need a rental car. Highly recommend.

Sue saved me! I originally went to Enterprise down the road due to having my car worked on at the auto body shop. Long story short, they didn’t have a car for me (even though I had a confirmation number). I was stuck in Peoria with no way home as I live 45 minutes away. I called Bob Lindsay rental cars and Sue was amazing to work with and got me a car in minutes! Definitely recommend! Thanks so much Sue!

I shopped around for a rental car and found the best deal at Bob Lindsay Rental Cars. It was easy to get to in Peoria and not having to go to the Airport. Many choices to choose from. Duane and Sue were very helpful and friendly. Good rental rates which is important. I will recommend this facility.

The process was so quick and easy. We needed a car last minute. We tried to reserve with hertz but they denied because we didn't have reservation and weren't very friendly. We called Bob lindsay Rentals and they got us going pretty quickly. Duane was super friendly and even gave us a special to have the car a little longer. We had to get another rental shortly after and went right back to them. We are pleased with our experience and will recommend for any car rentals needs!

I was in need of quick rental and Bob Lindsay Honda came to the rescue. The staff was amazing. Super friendly, flexible, and helpful. The car was immaculate; cleanest rental vehicle I've ever had.

I had a reservation with Enterprise and when I got there they didn't have a car. They told me I'd have to wait in their waiting room or come back tomorrow. I walked out extremely frustrated. I called Hertz who didn't bother to answer their phone. I then saw Bob Lindsey on Google and called them. They had cars available and even offered to come pick me up. They were waiting for me when I got there and the process was very easy and they were so friendly. I would recommend them for anyone. Their pricing was better too. I won't hesitate to use them again!

Update: just rented again from Bob Lindsay rentals and the process was even easier than the first time. We will continue to use Bob Lindsay rentals for trips where we rent a car. Really impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the vehicles and by how easy the process is. Duane was very responsive and even texted us on his off day after we left a voicemail with a question. Above and beyond!

Bob Lindsay Rental Cars made it super easy to reserve a car! The rates aren’t the most competitive, but I personally thought they were worthwhile if the Honda name is important to you. I appreciated that I had the exact car that I reserved ready for me when I showed up to pick it up - none of the normal rental car issues where they don’t have the class that you reserved. They also gave me a 10% Costco membership discount, which was nice.

Three small growing points :
- Duane and Becky are both very kind and want to grow the business but need some serious technical help. Myself and the customer in front of me both had to wait much longer than what should have been needed because Duane and Becky were trying to figure out how their own computer system worked. They may need a staff person there who knows the system to help them understand how to do things more quickly and efficiently (and how to troubleshoot when things aren’t working).
- they need to wipe the memory of the car before handing it off to someone new. All of the available connected devices had been maxed out so I initially wasn’t able to connect my phone. Although correcting this was simple, from a privacy standpoint, they should be doing this as a part of their cleaning process after a car is returned.
- I told them over the phone that I needed to drop off my car at Bob Lindsay for a repair and that I would pick up the rental afterward. Unfortunately, they did not clarify that they were in a different building so I was without a car to pick up my rental, and the Bob Lindsay shuttle wasn’t going to be back for at least 45-60 minutes. I had to ask my spouse to leave work early to drive to pick me up. Some people wouldn’t have that option.

Overall, I had a great experience and would be willing to rent from them again.

We use Bob Lindsay Rentals monthly for our business and as needed for personal use. ABSOLUTELY fantastic service and the most pleasant group to work with. We used to use a large chain company and Bob Lindsay Rentals is steps above the rest. Needed a vehicle within a few hours and they made it happen! Thank you Diane and Sue for all you do!

We were in desperate need of a rental because one of our cars was in the shop and some of the parts were on backorder. Thanks to Sue working her magic we were able to get a car within an hour!! So grateful for Bob Lindsay Rental! Needed a minivan and one of the big chains was not able to fulfill a reservation made 2 months ago. One quick call to Bob Lindsay and we were able to get a last minute van that worked great. Will definitely be renting more form Bob Lindsay Rental!

Duane was excellent. He really worked with our budget. Hassle-free process. I will definitely use them again for my future car rental needs. Hands downs this was the best car rental place I've ever used.

This place is so great for car rentals I almost don’t want to give them a great review so they don’t get too busy. Best in town by far, cars are nice it’s an easy in and out process. Highly recommend to my clients coming in town as well.
