Gallant's Artesian Wells

We lost our well pump sometime in the night on a Sunday. I called a local place for assistance but by 6:30pm same day had not heard anything. I found Gallant's Facebook page and took a gamble and private messaged them after hours to see if they could help with my dilemma. Within 20 minutes, not only did I have a response, but I had an appointment for 9am the next day! On Tuesday they arrived almost 1/2 hour earlier than planned. They were extremely efficient and up front about their pricing and very pleasant!!! They had the job done in about an hour and were on their way!!! Never have I been more impressed!!!!!

I have an absolutely amazing well. Travis Gallant is incredibly responsive, quick and extremely well organized. I couldn't be happier with my well and all the systems he designed to work with my custom Kohler shower system.

They did our well this past weekend. Basically, fastest service ever right now! Not hooked up yet, but if anything isn't good, I'll edit the review.

These guys drilled my well for my new house fair price and more improtant to me they did it on schedule. The only part of my construction that showed up when scheduled.

Scam Artist - Liar - Thief -

I paid him $2,000 to replace a working jet pump to a submersible pump. I watched him change the pressure tank in the house and left them alone to change the pump (big mistake) in the well. He hung around the well for about 1 hour. No paperwork given, asked twice to have him sign a contract, no instructions what to do after installation. Nothing was different in the faucets after he left.

It failed three weeks later, said he would come, no contact since. Called another company, pulled up the pump (rusted pump 2007 date). After it was replaced, was given paperwork, stickers, and told to run water to clear out water for a few hours and clear faucet filters. Air in faucets, brown water, etc.

He owe's me money

Update - REFUSES TO ANSWER BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU INQUIRY ABOUT THE MATTER...
