CrossFit 309

I was working in Peoria for 3 weeks was able to work out here, the owner Dorian and all of the members were very welcoming and friendly. You can tell Dorian and the other trainers have a heart to help people become as healthy as possible. This is a very people-centric gym meaning they care more about the quality of coaching and helping people than getting rich off members. I'd recommend this gym to advanced and novice crossfitters living or visiting the area.

I have always been skeptical of gyms and a little fearful of looking foolish. My husband raved about 309 and Dorian. I did my on ramp classes with one of the trainers, Jake, and felt comfortable immediately. He is passionate about working out and seeing others be healthy. I started going to classes shortly after. Crossfit 309 is a family. The work outs are tailored to you (if you need it) and it is always fun. I can't say enough good things about Dorian and Holly! Thanks, Dorian for creating such a fun environment to be healthy!

Just finished the introductory on ramp this week. To be honest, crossfit is new to me and I had my preconceived ideas about it. By the end of the week I was anxious to know what was in store for us each night. Dorian is the real draw to this gym and is generally a good dude. I will continue going because I know I will get a better workout than I would going to a gym on my own.

Great gym and great coaches! A fun place to go and get in great shape. Coach Mosack does a fantastic job of tailoring workouts according to experience and ability. If you go to CrossFit 309 and dedicate yourself, you are sure to see results.

Awesome Gym. Best in the peoria area by far. They are always throwing fundraisers for various charitable organizations.

Classes are offered at convenient times, location is great, and newcomers never feel intimidated.
