Mike is amazing to work with. So helpful, and patient with the needs of the customers. I had some account issues that just so happened to hit on Friday at 4pm. Mike had it all taken care of by 9:30am Saturday. Highly satisfied with this branch and the help I received from the branch manager ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

My elderly father, who has been completely deaf for the past 7 years was assisted graciously to make some adjustments to his accounts. We appreciate the genuine helpfulness we received!

As with most banks trying to get you to do auto everything. Clean and courteous. Usually no real wait.

People are helpfull and dont take long inside or drive thru

Regret coming here always a wait, staff are nice, but since the ATMs seem to always be down or "technical errors" you end up having to come in. Ridiculous almost worth driving to the next closest one.

I am trying to call my local branch in Flint, Mi. On Corunna rd. A foreigner answers from wherever. ...I can hardly understand him....he puts me on hold for 6 mins.i am calling Huntington Bank . You just lost my business.

This branch is the most unprofessional and inappropriate chase I have ever been to. If you do not IDENTICALLY match your ID signature, you can not get into your account. If you look slightly different (hair color) they will think you are committing fraud. I gave two forms of ID, they made me stick my head out of the car to “get a better look” then proceeded to tell me I have to get a new drivers license because “this isn’t you”. I will NEVER go back to this location. Do not victimize clients because of fraud issues your company has, how embarrassing. The district manager of this location should be ashamed of herself for how she treated me. I feel bad for any future individual who has died their hair and goes to that branch.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I came here. They are all bad in my experience. Every time coming here was terrible. The tellers are rude and races. They literally discriminate against you when you come in there especially if you don’t bank with them thankfully I’ve been with another bank for over 12 years a bank that I left Chase to go to and I will never come back to Chase especially dealing with these tellers and poor customer service at this branch. chase should look into closing. This branch are completely firing the staff and hiring new people this is terrible.

I've been with Chase for 6 years. For the first time in years, I had to go inside for a notary and counter transactions.
I am in at home hospice and can not stand long and use a walker.
1st, I was never greeted, and ALL of the tellers were helping 1 woman only. I and 2 others stood in line for literally 30+ minutes before I said something. 2nd, the male manager was EXTREMELY rude and accused me of not speaking up first and sitting down. On my way out, he was very condescending by saying, "Well, I hope you got what you wanted, you have a super nice day.". What a jerk.
Although I'm in my final year, I'm thinking of switching to a credit union or someplace more kind and attentive.
