Creaser Jewelers is a delight to the eye whether you are a gemstone lover, jewelry lover or mineral lover. If none of those are your thing, there are other items that might catch your attention. This store is well worth a visit. The local gemstones,whether loose or set in a fine jewelry mounting are a genuine delight in themselves. Dennis and his wife are there to help you in every way possible. Also, Dennis is a fine gemstone cutter and goldsmith. You will surely enjoy your visit.

Wonderful experience and jewelry at Creaser's! There are so many pieces here I'd love to purchase. I found this place when I decided I wanted Maine tourmaline incorporated into my engagement ring. Julie was super helpful and patient when we went to go pick out the stones for my custom-made ring, which is absolutely gorgeous by the way! It came out better than I could have imagined. We returned to pick out our wedding bands and once again great service and an easy time picking out our rings. We also love to check out the small "museum" they have of rocks and gemstones. Creaser's is about an hour drive for us but is well worth it! They even clean my ring for free whenever we go in! Thank you Julie and Dennis!

This is the place to go if you want something truly special. Julie is a well of knowledge and is an excellent guide to help you find or create a piece that is perfect for you. Her husband Dennis is a true jewelry artist. It's honestly worth the drive to Paris just to visit their store and scope out the Maine gemstones and estate jewelry.

Great small family business. Great prices

I am from Maine but I have lived in Montana for the last 6 years. I was ready to propose to my girlfriend and I knew she wanted a Maine tourmaline ring like the one she had seen on my mom. I searched nearly every Maine jeweler online and spoke to many of them on the phone in search of the perfect Maine tourmaline engagement ring. When I started looking into the rings at Creasers it was immediately apparent that they had the best prices in the state for Miane tourmaline. In fact, the prices were so low in comparison to some of the jewelers I was looking at in Brunswick, Freeport, Portland, and Kennebunk that I was initially suspicious about the quality of their work. When I emailed a picture of the ring that Creasers said they could make for me to a jeweler in Freeport she said that I should buy it from Creasers because that particular ring would cost more than double that price at any other jeweler.

My experience working with Dennis at Creasers was great. He emailed my pictures of different stones to help me find the exact color I was looking for and he gave me lots of info on the ring I was interested in buying. Because he didn't have it in stock, he custom made it to my specifications (for no extra charge) and he got it made and sent to me in 10 days. The ring is more beautiful in person than any of the pictures he sent me and my girlfriend absolutely loved it! It was an amazing value and a great experience. Also, for all you people seeking Maine tourmaline, be very careful of some of the jewelers on the coast who are selling Brazilian tourmaline and calling it Maine tourmaline. This is far more common than you would think but after lots of research and speaking to knowledgeable tourmaline dealers I was able to separate the places that sold authentic Maine tourmaline from the phonies. Creasers is one of the good guys!

I'm a regular customer and my favorite thing about Creaser's is that they will recast old class rings. My husband's Grandfather's (1934) and my Grandfather's (1929) class rings have been recast to provide future generations with treasured family heirlooms. But I have also had my engagement ring reset in a bezel setting because the pronged setting got caught on things and the prongs bent over time. Creaser's is also really fair about crediting scrap. I highly recommend Creaser Jewelers.
