Red Wing - Peoria, IL

Purchased shoes and some oil, had a great experience. When I decided on a different conditioning oil I stopped back in to exchange. I didn't realize they were closed when I tried walking in. The salesperson was still there, let me in and helped with my exchange after hours on a Friday. Great customer service. I will definitely be back and recommend this store to others.

The lady took so much time with me. From walking on the pad and asking what I was using the boots for to any damage I have had to my feet to what I would like and expect from shoes or inserts. I don't remember her name but she was amazing.

The salesman helped me try on two different styles of work boots which is unusual today. Made me feel like I was going back in time!
He helped me determine the best fit and explained the differences in the two boots allowing me to choose the best option for my use. I would highly recommend using this store!

One of the best places I have ever bought shoes. The staff was very nice and quick to help out with my needs. The boots I got took a lot of time to break in but that's quality. Corinne was a huge help when I first got there and was ready to assist me when I was having a rough time breaking in the boots. I highly recommend getting your Red Wings here as this team will help you out in the long term.

It was a complete joy dealing with the staff at RedWing store in Peoria today. James was my salesman and he was really helpful; he didn't try to " upsell" me anything and the 2nd pair of boots he brought out were perfect, and the pair I purchased. He wasn't rushing me, and he listened to my needs . Also of mention in the wonderful category was assistant manager Megan. She was semi involved in my shopping and she instructed James to give me a L.E.O. 10% discount! ( Which helped a lot, keep in mind these quality boots are not exactly cheap). But, also keep in mind they last a long time,which makes the price way lower, timewise..
All in all, the boots are super comfortable, extremely well made, and I won't have to think about needing work boots for quite some time!

The sales staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They had my boot size on record which makes the purchase simple and quick.

Very happy with my boots fit and finish. We will see how they do. Edit: 1 year later not a single stitch has broken, and they have held up better than any prior boot I've had. Highly recommend.

Had a factory defect on my boots that may or may not have been just out of warranty. Staff was very helpful and accommodating after I did not come at them like a Karen. They replaced my boots at no cost. Be nice and you’ll get good service. Be a d’ck and get nothing. Kindness goes a long way here.

I couldn’t leave a good enough review to extend how helpful and accommodating these guys have been. I purchased a pair of boots late summer, and have had some issues due to my line of work. I upgraded and switched to the burnside after a few warranty replacements. And needed another one today. I expected them to say tough luck being that I’ve had more than a couple replacements of new boots. But I come in telling them they’re leaking and what do you know. I get a new pair of burnsides. The warranty and customer service is above and beyond any other boot company out there. I highly recommend to any tradesmen from carpentry to masonry. They have you covered.

I've had my boots three years and they're still in great shape. Just picked up new insoles, and I definitely use the free services like laces and polish. Just purchased my son his first pair and I'm betting they'll last him through college.

Customer service as soon as we hit the door. Helped find the right size and specifically the right tongue on a boot for my son.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this store. This store also has some great work boot options to choose from. In addition to boots, they also sell Carhartt clothing and jackets. This is pretty much the only place I go for work boots.

They have high price boots but they have high quality products. I have been using there boots for 14 years and they last 2-3 years depending on how much you wear them. Definitely recommended but they are expensive.

The manager at Red Wings here was wonderful. He was attentive.
We found the shoes my husband wanted and the manager helped find the correct size. We had a great experience.

I walked into store meet with smiles and kindness I was taken care of fitted with new boots. While there over hurd they had a loss in there redwing family that nite. The owner wife had pass on. Out of all there pain. They were there taking care of peoria ill. Im so sorry for your loss Lynn
