Does good work but pricing is overdone

I got my car towed here and was told there was nothing that can be done to fix it and I can pick it up with no charge. When I get there he asks me do I want a copy of the receipt as if it was a joke. Now he wants me to me 45$ to charge the battery and scan the computer “For all our trouble” he exact words. I talked him down to 35$ and left definitely will never be back don’t appreciate the attitude or dishonesty. By the way Auto zone charges batteries for free and a car computer scanner is 20$ at walmart straight rip off.
