Very little waiting time friendly staff

I was really disappointed with the care I received at this clinic. I went for a vaccine, but needed to establish primary care as well, since it was my first time at this clinic. I was told that I would be seeing a Nurse Practitioner, but only saw her student. Being a student myself, this is not a problem, the problem was that I never even met or saw the actual licensed Nurse Practitioner, so I was pretty upset that I have to pay a copay for "seeing a provider" when I didn't even see or talk to a licensed provider. Aside from the vaccine, I wanted one other thing checked out, but was told I would need to make a separate appointment for that at which I would have to pay another copay. Having worked in healthcare in the past and currently going to school to be a healthcare professional, I know how insurance works, but when I brought up my complaints in the office, I was gaslighted. I was asked if this was my first time using my insurance by myself and told I would understand when I am a provider. I may be young, but I have arranged healthcare for myself many times and had just never been treated so horribly in the past. Absolutely horrendous that at a visit to "establish care" I talked with an NP student for maybe 6 minutes. Waste of my time and money honestly.

Breathless disregard for common sense. Little effort to understand the facts. Allowed to practice medicine. I would leave zero stars if I could. Choose carefully.

If you are military (active duty, retired, or dependent) and are seeking medical or behavioral health assistance, RUN! They state they accept Tricare/Humana Military, but they are not willing to work with military circumstances (i.e. your drivers license is from a different state, your state of record is different from the state you live in, etc.) Additionally, they do not respond to calls or emails within a timely manner. After having insurance approval it took 3 days to receive a call back to get set up as a patient. They requested paperwork which was completed and submitted in within 24 hours, however it was an entire week after that (with 2 emails and 4 voicemails left) before a call was returned. Then they stated they would not work with our military circumstances. They are very unprofessional. Do not waste your time.
