Ms. Deya prepared my refund loan application for me this evening. Honestly, I felt like I was chatting with an old friend, not at a tax appointment. Usually, having your taxes prepared isn't enjoyable, but she was very friendly and efficient and I would definitely recommend her and this location!

Ever since I started using JH for my taxes I have gotten more back than I ever have before on my own using turbo tax. I love the advance and loan options that have really come in handy around Christmas and the New Year. This year I am especially thankful for Paula Smart! She really went the extra mile to work around my hectic school and work schedule and came in on her day off to help me file. With her help I was able to get the loan approved and have extra money to celebrate my daughter’s 5th birthday the way a true Barbie princess should!🥳 Thanks so much Paula, you’ve earned a loyal customer and helped make a little girl’s bday something to remember!

We had a wonderful experience filing our taxes here! We were taken on a walk in and they got us right in. They filed our taxes and we had our early refund within 15 minutes. I definitely recommend this location to others. The staff was amazing! Super friendly and very professional. The woman who filed our taxes was very patient even though I had my kids with me and they were bored and acting out. I don't remember her name but we will definitely be returning next year!

Warmly greeted and immediately offered assistance on starting a file. Didn't wait long, welcomed to a private office to discuss and file my papers to prepare tax return. Didn't take long! Summary of totals shown and what was my tax refund was clearly explained and repeated. Will be returning next year to this office for tax preparation, thanks.
