I brought in my furbaby for a checkup and an evaluation for some issues my baby was having . Sadly , it was discovered that his health was seriously jeopardized and I had to send him over the Rainbow Bridge. The Doctor and staff were so compassionate and did not try to pressure me in surgeries or treatments that would not give him the quality of life . They gave us time to say our goodbyes and on the way out, heartfelt condolences. Im very grateful to all the staff during this heartbreaking moment . Your kindness and compassion truly shows . Thank you for all you did for Jay Jay.

Took my cat "Pee Wee" to get neutered. The staff was great and courteous. Their prices are fair. They did a great job with "Pee Wee." I hope now he stops his,"Tom catting"

We drove from Peoria to Lacon, after hearing glowing reviews. My dauchsund needed teeth cleaning an other medical care. The staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly loves animals.
Promptly put into a room and Dr. Charlie came in introducing himself. He was warm, thorough, went thru what would be done that day, answering all my questions. Didn't feel rushed, plus he picked up on previously, missed things.
We love our fur baby and are grateful, for the professional expert care Stuart received. His teeth are pearly white.
My dog is a rescue an doesn't care for men. He let Dr. Charlie exam him, like they were buddies . Just Amazing!

These are the high standards our fur babies deserve. Marshall County Vet does it right.

I have been going to this vet since I was a little girl. My family always trusted them with our animals. I highly recommend them to any one who need a vet that care about your pet.

Love love love this vet! They care about the animals and its not all about getting paid. I used to go to the Chillicothe vet and decided to go here instead farther away but we'll worth the drive for my Lyra and Muffin

They are so friendly, patient and kind. They saved my kitten. I had been taking her to another vet and it was costing me a small fortune for the other vet to do the bare minimum. This place didn't do that. It cost me the same amount, they did way more, and I swear if it wasn't for this clinic she would not have made it.

Just moved in the area and I have a tight schedule. Don’t worry my animals travel everywhere with me and yes I meal plan for them. I started looking for a vet in the area and decided to make an appointment with Marshall County Veterinary Clinic for a well check, shots and pedicures for my 3 fur babies. So I write the appointment on my calendar and forget to put it in my phone and we leave town. I realize I can’t remember the date of the appointment and I was rushing to get back in town but got caught in bad weather. Realizing if the appointment was that day I did not have time to go home and check or miss my appointment so I went straight in. Guess what? I was a week early but they took me anyway since I was already there. Wow, everyone in the office was so nice and knowledgeable. They were down to earth and I loved it. They did everything and then some for my babies. I was so appreciative. They really seem to care about the animals. Thank you for understanding!

My cat got a flare up of a health problem I already knew she had because I made a stupid mistake (I thought Walmart brand flea medicine would be OK since my cats are indoor only and there's no other pets in the house and i was having financial problems) and they let me bring her in the day I called since they had a cancelation so I didn't need to pay an emergency fee or have to call off work to make an appointment. The vet was super understanding and explained how the area is just really bad with fleas and ticks so even with indoor only you have to use the more expensive flea treatments to prevent problems and I felt no judgment at all. They were just so kind and helpful. The prices are higher than I'm used to paying where i used to live but not super outrageous and the people work very fast to take care of your pets. I was in and out in like 10 - 15 minutes. The building itself is also nice and clean.

They were very gentle with our dog he was scared. All the employees were very polite.

Awesome staff! They strive to do everything they can for the animals and their owners. Super friendly. You can tell they truly care and have a passion for what they do. We have been bringing our pets here for over 10 years!

After a horrible vet visit by us, we drove all the way down from Chicago to come here. Well worth the trip, they got Dizzy in immediately and performed the surgery that day! Dr. McCully did a great job explaining everything to us as well as doing everything at a fraction of the cost vets in the suburbs charge. Now time to take my drowsy, but healthy puppy home for recovery!

Doctor Annie was gentle, compassionate, and loving to our baby girl, (black Lab mix)13 year old Starlight.
We appreciate how she handled and delivered the news. We were expecting this, but one is never ready.

They got me in right away as I have not been here before. The receptionists and tech were both very friendly. I saw Dr Charles McCully. He was very friendly and very thorough with my Jalee. He took the time to explain everything he did, gave me options and what his first line recommendation was. I was very happy and will be switching to this vet for all pet care now.

Dr. Maggie and the ladies at the front desk were all so friendly and kind. Am so glad I found this hidden gem in Lacon ⭐❤⭐

My dog had I injured right paw and no local vet could see him for 2 or more weeks but Marshall County Vet got him fixed and running healthy with a magic little half pill dose of meds for 5 days. Now my dog won't stop bringing me his leash every 20 min. Lol

Great friendly customer service, great docs, great Cate for my dogs!

Only our first visit (with our new kittens) but everybody was friendly, not sure the kittens even noticed the injections.

The biggest shock to me was all the dogs we saw there didn't appear to be afraid like I'm used to.

Update:
A few visits in now. Everybody is always friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

Amazing team who takes great care of their patients

Dr.Charlie and his staff was amazing as usual. Dr always takes the time to explain things and in a way you will understand. I feel I spend to much time here (dogs nails grow like crazy and 4 dogs), but atleast it's always a pleasant experience. Cannot say enough about these guys.
