I reached out to two different locations on more than 3 occasions each and never heard back from either location. I simply requested a quote for pavers and after initially acknowledging my emails, they ignored repeated follow ups. Just unacceptable customer service. I went to Genest and received a quote and placed a significant order very promptly. It’s a no brainer for me. I will use Genest for all my hardscape and landscaping needs going forward.
