Thank you so much for helping my fiancé empty out the rest of her storage unit along with loading it onto the truck. She and her friend couldn’t have done it without the help of you two. I highly recommend Mini-Max to anyone looking for clean and secure storage. Skip the rest; this place is the best!!!

We've used this facility for almost 3 years and have been extremely happy with the quality of the storage space and security. We were selling our home and needed to store quite a bit of items and mini-max storage offered a large variety sizes and even temperature controlled units. I highly recommend renting in 3+ month increments, if you are staying long term, makes billing way easier than trying to plan out a payment each month. The manager was always pleasant and professional when dealing with using the gate or anything else at the facility.

The facility is very secure and the grounds are well maintained and clean. 10 times nicer than the other storage facility in the Peoria area. We tried two other facilities and in the first two month of storing our items. We had water damage to our stored items in the first one and rodent issue in the second one. (most likely due to the farmer in proximity of the units.)

We didn't have water damage or rodent issues at Mini-max, like we did at two others. We definitely will utilize them over the winter months to store my motorcycle and boat. If you value your property, this is the definitely the storage facility to choose. 5 Star A+ rating.

We have been customers at Mini-Max Storage Company for a little over nine years. In that time, Mike, and every staff member, has been outstanding to us. The facility is very secure, clean, and the climate control mechanism is perfect. Anytime we needed anything, all I had to do was ask, and they were more than happy to assist. This is a great storage company, and I would not use anyone else in the Peoria area!

I have rented storage units from Mini-Max for quite a few years; both climate controlled and non-climate controlled. Having rented units from other providers prior to trying Mini-Max I have stayed with them over the years for several primary reasons:
1) Security: Their tall barb-wire topped perimeter fence and key pad controlled entrance gate for 24-hr access is top notch.
2) Pricing: Highly competitive with additional discounts available for 6-month and 1-year agreements.
3) Location: Being a short distance from Route-6, W War Memorial Drive (Rt-150), Allen Rd, and just off of Willow Knolls Dr on a low-traffic access road, Mini-Max is in a very reachable location.
4) Staff / Service: This is where Mini-Max really shines. Mike and his staff are absolutely excellent. They are very accommodating and have bailed me out more than once when I encountered situations where I needed immediate storage space - even on weekends when they were closed and off-duty. Superior service from good folks. Probably the primary reason I have never thought of looking for units anywhere else.

Mike and the team at Mini-Max are awesome to work with. I’ve had 2 climate controlled units here for over 3 years and can’t speak highly enough of the outstanding facility, customer service and value we get here. When you are looking for a storage unit, you don’t think much about how customer service will impact your decision, but let me tell you that the team here goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. They’re frequently in the office during business hours so you can stop by and pay your bill or just check in. They know my name when I walk in the door and they take great care of their facility.

On top of that, we always pay for our units for a year in advance because they offer a discount.

If you’re looking for storage (climate controlled or not) you’re not going to find a better company in Central Illinois to take care of your needs. Just go see them.

Mini-Max has many types, sizes and rates of storage. There is also good security not only for the facility compound but the individual units. The compound is clean & well lit around the outside entry units, as well as in the temperature controlled buildings

I've had no issues while using their facilities.....all of the units (regular & climate control) were clean and ready to move in each time. I never experienced any issues with pests. I'm new to town after having significantly downsized my living space, and needed extra storage. A friend who has used Mini-Max for several years put me in touch with Mike, who couldn't have been kinder or more helpful to me in selecting a couple of adjacent climate controlled units that ended up being the perfect size for my things, and even went out of his way on my moving day to direct the driver where to park and getting things set up to get my things squared away inside, which took a good hour or two given the large load I had. He checked on things several times during the process to make sure things were running smoothly. Would highly recommend, as this kind of personalized service is hard to come by with big-name franchises, which has been my default over the years when I've needed storage. Thanks Mike!
