Great Quick Service, reasonable price for a quick drain clean out.

We called Thompson's for a second opinion when we felt uneasy about what another company was saying regarding our septic. Thompson's came out and found the actual issue and gave honest feedback. As a female, I never felt dumb asking questions (and I ask a ton) and thanks to Phil and Jerry spending the time to explain how a system works I feel confident in their work and appreciate them taking the time explaining to me how the system works. We will continue to use them for any septic issues! Knock on wood, Hopefully nothing again besides pumping but they will be our go to!

We had Thompson Sewer come pump a tank for a newer septic installation. When we called, they answered immediately. They were able to come out next day. Easy to work with, on time and knowledgeable.

First - they answered the phone!!! Which is amazing in itself from our experience in the area. We had a sewer clog - they were there within a couple of hours and solved the problem, but also explained and showed me HOW it happened. I hope I don’t have to call again, but if I do this is the first number I’ll try! :) THANK YOU!
