We had to take my 3 year old here to get his teeth fix and let me tell you how fantastic they were to us and our son. Made this experience a breeze. They were gentle and so informative about after care and what would be they would be fixing for him. Made sure I had a clear understanding on what was to be done before his appointment (when to stop giving food, liquids & such.)

I'm currently in Minnesota as well as Mankato. My entire Specialty Staff and PCP are at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. So I just had a Ct-scan done here and the Staff is phenomenal here just like in Arizona 😊. I'm not the least disappointed in the professional treatment I have received, thank you to the staff at the Mayo Clinic for being the phenomenal Humans you are. This is what set's you apart from any health clinic in my previous 40 year's experience in Michigan ,🙏👏. As far as all the other reviews I have read, it is atypical for people to think it's easy taking care of patients especially the ones that adrenaline runs high and can't comprehend that there are protocols to follow. Sadly it's that way. Next time you go to the hospital please remember that nurse's,med tech's are humans too.

Amazing care and nursing in the ICU. Whenever I called they were there to assist me within no time. My main nurse Hannah Hiniker was an amazing nurse and very friendly. The respiratory doctor was very helpful as well and was very serious about my breathing and gave me tools to get better in no time.

Would like to thank all the nurses and staff , made my stay these past 5 days as comfy as possible. Shannon, melissa,Julia, and all on the 4023 block. Thank you.

Dr. Tarek Kalife is an exceptional surgeon and human. He is extremely skilled and went above and beyond on procedure day to make sure I was cared for. In 2020, He also delivered my son successfully at the start of covid with the cord wrapped and knotted around my son’s neck. Kalife’s quick hands is the reason I have my son today. We are forever grateful.

Excellent , This Hospital has great Doctors and staff, they go above and beyond to help you,and take care of your situation. I will give them a high 5 and 1000 % plus some , when it comes to taking care of Patients. This Hospital , day and night service from the Staff is the same. I came in Emergency, Stayed two days ,I went home feeling Super.

They're really attentive and understanding. I've had panic attacks that landed me in the hospital and they've always made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. Very sweet and understanding staff and social workers! Mental health-- in my experience-- is something they take very seriously : )

Every provider that I've seen at MCHS Specialty has been wonderful. I recently had a procedure done with Amy Brien in Gynecology. She was knowledgable in her field and gave me the choices in my care. The day of the procedure my nurse, Dora was perfect in helping me prepare, during the procedure she took wonderful care of me, and the after care was perfect as well. 10/10 recommend Amy and Dora from Gynecology.

Started out at the Mankato Clinic's urgent care and found out my girlfriend needed to get her appendix removed. Everyone starting at the Mankato Clinic (urgent care, labs, and surgery) were fantastic! Only downside if I had one was only the patient is able to go into exam rooms due to COVID-19. Visitors had to wait in the lobby. However, I was able to go into the exam room once we got results from urgent care. We were very lucky to get a same day surgery with Dr. Berger (Surgeon) over in the Mayo Clinic hospital. Everyone in the hospital aside from the clinic was also fantastic! Dr. Berger and Dr. Kurtz (Anesthesiologist) were great at explaining what would happen before, during, and after the surgery. Hospital rooms are very clean and the nurse team (both surgery and hospital) took great care and were very attentive for the couple days we were there.

Probably saved my life last weekend. I was choking on my tongue and my throat was swelling. Gave me an epipen. I didn’t die. Glad the physician recognized what was wrong with me because my wife thought I was just being dramatic and the female nurse didn’t seem to know what was going on with me. The physician in the black scrubs basically saved me I think so I am very great full to him.

If you get cancer, you can fare far worse than getting treated here. My experience was entirely positive; your mileage may vary.

The hematologist/oncologist at the Andreas Cancer Center here knew exactly what I had, despite its being very rare, several months before I'd let him run a simple test which confirmed his initial suspicions. He patiently worked with me at my own pace eliminating all other possibilities before finally diagnosing me for treatment. Despite my deep-seated distrust of doctors, I never felt pressured, even though early treatment (in my case) is crucial to outcome. In the end, a single week's worth of admittedly unpleasant chemotherapy extended my life expectancy by ten to twenty years.

The phlebotomists are among the greatest conversationalists you'll ever meet. And the nursing staff hits the right balance between caring and professionalism. Simple Medical Assistance (MA) paid for my treatment in full, so there was no problem with the insurance.

Beautiful building & layout. Great customer services & they were kind, considerate, respectful & educational w/all of our procedural before & after directions!

They exhaustively got to the bottom of problems that have plagued me my whole life, leaving no stone left unturned. Thankfully there are answers, but made me realize just how important asking the right questions can be, but more importantly, specialists that know answer should to questions you shouldn't be expected to ask as a patient.

Despite how busy they are I have never had a problem with an overnight stay whether it be one night or five nights. They took care of all my needs and answered all my questions. They never made me feel bad about my cares and concerns and the reason that I was there.

Excellent care! Very kind nursing staff and great doctors. Very thorough and just overall great experience.

Amazing people to deal with, especially with the fact that everyone is short staffed and over worked. We will always dr at mayo!
