This place is really nice, the people who work here are helpful and polite. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They were cheaper than another local place and beat my insurance price. They did extra things to try and save me money. They got me in in a few days and fixed the window fast.

While traveling we had a window shatter in our campervan. We made many phone calls to various glass shops along our route. Matt's wife answered my wife's call to their shop, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She ordered the window and was able to schedule an appointment for us on the day we would be traveling through town. We had a very positive experience and left happy customers.

My car was backed into a few weeks ago and when I went in for a quote they took my car back right away while I waited and got me a reasonable quote. We set an appointment and a week before, they called to ask if I was interested in a loaner vehicle while mine was being fixed up. Had it ready and warm when I arrived the next week to drop mine off. Later that day when I came to pick it up, they had not only fixed the issues but detailed the entire interior!

Best experience I've had with any mechanic. Good quality replacement, fast, and extremely nice guys. Not only did they replace my windshield, they took the time to fix the dents on the roof of my car. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

As a standard hazard of UP winter driving some passing logging truck sent a rock through my windshield. I live in Watersmeet, which is an hour away from any window repair option, but I passed up going to Safelite in Ironwood and drove 10 minutes further to Atlantic Mine because 2020 has been a rough year for small businesses and I wanted to give my insurance company's money (and my deductible!) to a small business instead of Corporate America.

Matt's contacted me within an hour of my insurance agent calling them, and called back within an hour from that call to provide the needed follow-up regarding the first call. When I arrived, 15 minutes early, my tech was waiting for me, came outside to greet me, and began work on my vehicle immediately. I asked him to install a new headlight I had purchased as one of mine had recently went; he said no problem. Inside, the waiting room was more than comfortable and the coffee was better than anything you will find in the UP aside from a Contrast pour-over. The work was done quickly and professionally by the same tech who greeted me.

The only downside was the Trump signs: taken down, but not stored out of view of the public. The owner didn't seem like a "storm the capitol" type of Trump supporter and I was a Republican before Trump so the benefit of the doubt should be extended given the excellent service provided by the business. It's still never a good practice to combine ones political beliefs and ones business, especially when one excels at the business as Matt's does.

Recommended by other shops to bring my 50 Chevy here to get the glass resealed. Matt's a great, highly experienced guy.
Got it back on time, Matt worked extra to repair some issues before reinstalling.

Very friendly and efficient. They ordered my glass in two days and had it installed in under an hour. Their watering room was comfortable and pleasant. Workmanship was quality. I'll return for other services in the future.

10/10. Was hit on my passenger side while parked in front of my house. Took what the insurance company gave them and made my car look way better than it did before. Excellent people, excellent work.

Excellent quality and service. Definitely recommend them. 1200 miles away makes it a bit difficult to frequent but I manage to hold stuff until I'm in the area so they can do it right for me.
