Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab (PTSR)

After switching the physical therapy for my shoulder from a Lincoln clinic to Hastings in knew that PTSR would be able to handle it with ease and they have done just that. The thorough personalized care I have received so far had been great and I feel well on my way to recovery and a brand new shoulder soon.

My experience at PTSR was excellent from beginning to end. Top notch people that treated me kindly, helped me recover - actually beyond my previous “normal”, and explained why and how. I could not be more satisfied with this experience.

I’ve been a client of PTSR three times in the last year and a half. First was for knee replacement. All the therapists were great and inspiring and great coaches. We worked so well together,
and I had a lot of fun… I was able to walk out my last day with no limp or pain at all. I can’t express how wonderful all the staff is, and how well ewuipped and cheerful the facility is. I have recommended PTSR to all my friends!

Everyone was very friendly and my therapy was very good. I worked with several therapy people and I would go back to anyone of them. My therapy was so good I am out of pain.

More than just treating my pain and mobility, Seth has taken the time to teach me exercises and stretches to strengthen my knee for the longterm. He has given me information that will help improve quality of life for me and also those I work with as a fitness instructor.

This is the second time in a year that I have had to have rehabilitation services with PTSR. First time was a shoulder surgery and I was placed with Ethan. I was so impressed with how he handled my situation. When I told him I was in pain he worked with me to figure out why and what our next step would be. Unfortunately I required 2 additional surgeries. The second time was for a broken hip. When I stopped in to set up my first appointment I requested Ethan and was able to obtain him for my therapist. I appreciate that when I walked in the door I was greeted by name by Melissa. Just a great experience all the way around. Friendly staff makes it all worth it. I was able to stop when I felt I couldn't continue and was given exercises to do at home that greatly helped in my short term therapy....and I followed all orders from Ethan to be able to end my time with him early. Thank you Ethan and all the staff at PTSR....you are AMAZING.

I had a great experience as a PT student at PTSR over an eight week period. I was able to learn from experienced therapists that provide excellent services and truly care about the community they are a part of. It is a great place to be whether you are a patient, employee, or student.

I had tennis elbow and was in alot of pain, Chad explained everything to me and what the plan was going to be! He was very helpful and was very proactive when pain was getting worse, talked to Ethan about dry needling! Well after one session of dry needling the pain went away and 2 months later still pain free! Thank you Chad and Ethan for helping me with this issue! Also wanted to add all the staff in the office are very friendly and caring! Thanks PTSR

I’ve had the privilege of crossing professional paths with Courtney Kinnaman frequently over the last four years. She is professional, kind, educated, patient, and works very hard to ensure the needs of her clients are met. PTSR is the first place I’d turn to for PT knowing she works there.

I really love coming to PTSR! The staff is really friendly and helpful, and I always feel welcome. I have really benefited from the physical therapy sessions with my therapist, my back is greatly improving, and my therapist even knows me well enough to pick a music station that I would love! PTSR is a wonderful place to have PT or rehab done. All of the staff are very professional and help get you back into great shape. All of our family has seen Mark Johnson at some point and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I enjoy each day that go here mainly because i know that everyone working here is happy to see me and is happy to see my injuries start to get better. The people here are all very welcoming to new people and too frequent patients and will always try and succeed at putting a smile on everyone's face that shows up there. They are also very thoughtful of their patients in the sense of taking care of our needs and or wants. I can't say i like going to PTSR in the sense that I'm frequently getting new injuries, but i do enjoy what they do for everyone including me in order to make us better.

PTSR is the longest standing and most experienced clinic in the area and I personally have referred orthopedic patients since one of the oldest therapists came to Hastings. I have personally been treated by several of their therapists and they all have been very professional and helpful in all of my experiences. The supportive staff is friendly, professional and always pleasant in their patient interactions! I strongly recommend them for your many types of therapy needs!

I have had the pleasure of attending PTSR several times for different injuries I have had. Not only do they make you feel welcome the make you feel so much better!! The do a great job there and I would never go to any other place to do physical therapy. They are extremely professional and know exactly what needs to be done to get you healed. The only thing I can say bad about the people there is that you end up liking them so much you don't want to leave...Thanks PTSR for everything you have done for me..You get five stars from me for sure!!!!

I was nervous to visit at first because my injury was from repeated strains/pulls over several years in college soccer. It just felt like there was nothing I could do to fix it. Even after months of rest, pain still popped up doing the simplest of tasks. But after a few weeks of coming to PTSR, the pain slowly diminished and I was able to exercise without being in pain instantly.

Love PTSR!!! I have been going here for many, many years, off and on. They have treated me for my knees, shoulder, neck, hand/wrist and bach pain. Always feel so welcome there. Therapists are always so gentle and helpful. Very patient and knowledgeable. All of the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I will always go to PTSR as I need to, nowhere else!!

They've helped me get past the initial fear of doing PT after knee replacement surgery. I look forward to my next visit each time I'm there. How I'm doing is shared with me and they help show me new exercises I can do at home that will help. They noticed what is called a
fracture blister and took a picture of my leg and e-mailed to my doctor's office.
Wasn't long and I received a message to get an antibiotic prescription to help.
From the very minute I arrive everyone is so friendly and I feel like they really care about how I'm feeling and what can they do to make my life better.
