I love this location, I always grab great finds!

Staff is always kind. Store wasn’t the cleanest but they looked understaffed

Had a super great experience here. Not only was I glad to see the fitting rooms open, but the staff was taking the fullest measures to ensure everyone's safety. All of the associates were so helpful and cheerful. Definitely a great environment! Officially have my business ♡

A young clerk helped my grandson and I get clothes for him in 15 min. Helped him get the right jeans, suggested 2 colors. Found us long sleeved shirts and a hoodie. Plus a pair of comfy sweat pants with style. I wish I had her name--i thanked her but she deserves so much more. Love the west side store!

Excellent customer service here! One associate scoured the entire store and focused on just me because I wanted a particular sweater. It took like, 10 minutes to find and she was so friendly the entire time.

As far as inventory goes this Old Navy is my first choice above any in the surrounding area. It always seems to have more of what people want (jeans, wardrobe staples, etc) than other locations. The lighting in these stores is god awful but not something lower management can change I am sure. Totally unflattering when trying clothes on. But Old Navy is Old Navy, you know? I don't feel like they'll change their image and I'm sure in the long run it will hurt their sales. They need a revamp!

Always have sales, they allow you to try clothes on! Matching clothes for all the kids so adorable! Excellent quality! Masks not required which is awesome!

Nice sized old nave, lots of options. Staff was nice and helpful. Curbside pick up worked great.

Friendly staff is always helpful. It is a fairly busy location so can occasionally look shopworn but there are always staff members visible straightening the store.

Love shopping here! Great selection of sizes as well. Great deals and even better clearance.

Nothing but good experiences here, and I love the clothes. Usually a bit expensive for my taste but I always take advantage of sales.
