Had a company event I needed last minute decorations and balloons for. I showed up early to pick up the items I ordered online for pickup and the two women that assisted me were super sweet and accommodating. They blew up all of the balloons and tied them up beautifully, staggering them so they were tiered/layered and balanced. The store was also well organized. Great store and staff.

I use them a lot for various occasions. They are very helpful.

It was an excellent and beautiful experience. They were pleasant and fun to talk to. Mike and neisha were a tag team duo who love to work together and have fun. Mike dont forget her sprinkle donuts lol

The store was well stocked and neat the staff was super friendly and helpful it wss a pleasure. Although they no longer carry party invitationsthe body was great. If anyone from corporate reads this please consider bringing back invitations.

Praise: I Stopped in to order balloons to help celebrate my Grandfathers 100th Bday. Stephanie was very helpful & inquired if I wanted the balloons delivered. Stephanie became concerned when the system said it could not deliver. She took my number so she could investigate why the system would not allow delivery. She followed up about 2 hrs later with good news & the balloons were delivered on time, as promised! Thank you for going the extra mile to help make my Grandfathers big day a huge success!!!

The people was nice and quite friendly. Prices went up big time since the last time I been to party city. Overall great store.

Convenient location. Friendly service. Best balloons ever. Every celebration is covered here with decorations to suit your budget. Good quality decorations, costumes and seasonal plates, glasses and decor.

I went here looking for a substitute for something. An employee noticed me looking a bit lost and offered to help. She took me straight to what I was looking for. However, a quick glance around that area and I found something close enough to exactly what I did want that the difference didn't matter. Add in fast friendly checkout and I couldn't be more pleased with my visit as all my expectations were exceeded.

These guys are all so nice! I even made a mistake and thought some balloons were included in a special they were running...but they weren't. However the manager was amazing and he still helped me work through it. Great customer service from everyone involved!

I was looking for anything fish related to brighten up my uncle's hospital room, he was an avid fisherman. Mary Beth was OUTSTANDING! She went way above & beyond to find what I needed & was so compassionate. I was deeply touched and my uncle loves his mylar fish balloon bouquet. He tells ALL the nurses who it's from. You guys hit this one out of the park & my family will never forget your kindness!

Maria went above and beyond helping me for a work related event this Saturday for Bucky Bash. She took photos of three products and sent them to me on her personal cell phone. When we decided that that was what we wanted, she had them set aside ready for my boss to pick up. Thanks Maria for helping me out!!!! I hope to work with you again in the future!

There's a wide range of party supplies to choose from. The costumes are reasonably priced, and the kids love the candy. I'd highly recommend the balloons.

Amazing, what can I say. Never been before and had a fantastic time. I couldn't believe they had a whole maroon section, weird!!!! Nice trolls selection, couldn't pass up the hat!!!!

Wow, this store is huge! It stocks every primary color of decorations. I shopped for graduation decorations and was very happy! They even have coupons!

Party stuff, they got it. Problem is, so much variety to choose from, BUT THAT'S THE GOOD THING. Very good prices, and staff knows right where whatever you looking for.

Very helpful knowledgeable friendly staff. An awesome balloon buying experience. I highly recommend Party City for all party celebration needs. 🥳🎉🎈
