AT&T Store

Some of the BEST customer service I have ever received! Mara is always polite and very knowledgeable about the different phones! I give her a five star review...hands down! Keep up the fabulous work!

Really nice employee, Mara was super helpful. Took the time to help set up our new phones and tablet and later helped put on our screen protecters when we went back. Highly recommend buying a phone from Mara!

Thank you for being helpful and congrats on the turnaround!!)...................1st of all if I could leave negative stars I would. Chris and the woman working there today were deliberately unhelpful. It's been the same experience in this store for years. Stear clear of this place!

Had a great experience getting upgraded yesterday. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered, I felt like I was given plenty of information to make my decision. Switching to my new phone was easy and painless. They also helped fix my husband's issue with his phone charging. As well as showed me how I could save money on my current bill. Highly recommend using them for your wireless needs

Mara multi-tasks and is very helpful especially being the only employee in the store. She is knowledgeable and works amazing under pressure. This store is VERY lucky to have her.

The manager, I apologize I can't remember her name, and DJ were extremely helpful, helped me get the best deal for what I needed. I have to say phone reception for where I live is not as good as the other provider I was with, but that's not the staff's fault because I had already switched to AT&T.

5 stars for the district manager who was working the store alone most of the day and handling a large influx of customers all at once. He was very calm, good natured and knowledgeable.

Their staff was very kind & polite while helping me trade in to upgrade my phone, & they were willing to fight to get me the best deal possible!

All three were SO helpful......even though we didn't purchase r phones from their location... they helped me transfer my info to my new phone.....it took almost 45 minutes to complete the task..much appreciated... they were very fun to talk with while info was transferring...😄

The staff are always ready to help even with the “silliest” of questions. I am so impressed with the patience they show my elderly parents on just how to use a smart phone.

I’m big on customer service and I have to say the people there are very nice and that try there hardest to help you solve your problems with your phone and answer your questions.
