Being new to the area, we needed new business cards made. James was very helpful. Without his help, we would've been there a lot longer trying to figure it out.

After trying (and failing) to find an attorney to create a trust for me, I bought this at Office Depot. I understand that it’s easy to use and want to get my future planning done. Office Depot had what I was looking for, and on sale, too.

Always receive really great customer service. The things I need are always easy to find and in stock. Plus I've gotten some super deals. Even got a really comfortable office chair that was very similar to a Herman Miller chair at a fraction of the price.

Always prints quality copies when I need them. Just here to say that James who works in the copy center offers great customer service...always pays attention to make sure your copies print correctly and lets you know the moment they are ready to be picked up.

I was very happy with the quality of the prints of a painting I had done and the service/assistance provided to get that done.

I came in first thing in the morning and got the product right away. The worker took me right to what I needed. It was a good product at a good price.

I went to OfficeMax to buy a printer. I was greeted when I entered the store. I looked at the printers and had questions so I asked Ted, he was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and assisted me in ordering the printer I decided on. The one I picked just happened to be out of stock at my local OfficeMax. No problem though, Ted ordered it in store set to ship to my home. Should arrive by weeks end.

Always receive good service at OfficeMax. In the past, when I've needed things printed via laser printer (rather than water-soluble inks), service was rendered within 24 hours, and the work was wonderful!

Walked in during the opening shifts and received the best experience I've ever had at office max! The staff was friendly attentive and helpful. I received help figuring out self check out and when it ended up not working the print specialist provided extraordinary care with my print outs and helped me find my other items during my trip.

We recently needed some last minute printing for a presentation the next day. We arrived after the 2:00 pm same day cutoff requirement for same day printing. Dave in the print shop was courteous but did have a full schedule of work for the day, and couldn't promise us same day service. But he did! When we went back later that day to pick up our print job, it was neatly boxed, shrink wrapped (unexpected) and had dividers between all the sections. I was super impressed. Also, as soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by staff, asked how they could help us, and alerted the print department that we were on our way. Excellent customer service. Great job.

Competitive pricing, top of the line electronics and knowledgeable staff. Very happy with my laptop purchase at Bemidji MN location. Sale associate, Chris was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions and guided me to my best options to meet my needs.

Trevor was very helpful. I was traveling and received an emailed document from my insurance provider requiring my signature and returned by email.
Because the insurance company had set my expectation that I would have received the document two weeks before my travels, I was very anxious about being able to return as quickly as possible.
Trevor assisted in printing, scanning the signed document and emailing back to me. It took less than 10 minutes and relieved my stress. Office Max will always be my first choice for technology assistance while traveling.
