My entire experience, from start to finish, was fantastic! The customer care, service, attention to detail, patience and exemplary knowledge of the product far exceeded my expectations! My Sales Consultant, Scott, was absolutely incredible! He spent hours with me, making sure all of the customized and personalized selections and options were correct and to my liking. The delivery team was polite and punctual. They handled my products with care! I loved everything I purchased! Next level quality.

We were in need of a upright freezer asap do to the old one died, Cullens had a new used one in stock in the size we want at a great price.Cullens has been our go to place for top of the line appliances at a reasonable price.

My wife and I purchased a fridge, washer and dryer so far from Cullen's. At this point I have no complaints but rather accolades. Marcia gave us great customer service when our new dryer worked for a day and died. Long story short, she took care of us and we were extremely satisfied. I will always include Cullen's when considering any other products and services they offer.

Very helpful staff and found us what we wanted

Scott the sales person went above and beyond when purchasing W/D and Kitchenaid blender. The 2 delivery men were very polite and efficient. I got a very basic model and I can't believe how quiet the washer is.

Top to bottom the staff is very helpful. Got a great deal on our furniture purchase!

We paid Cullen's $240 for installation of a new dishwasher. The plumber came without the proper attachments and left immediately. Upfront Plumbing charged another $140 for returning. This is a scam. Cullen's refunded us the full amount, but don't accept installation by Upfront Plumbing. Our kitchen was installed by Cullen's and the previous dishwasher was from Cullen's. They have exceptional customer service. Thank you Marsha Franzen.

We bought our appliances from Cullen's 18 years ago when we built our new home. We remembered the great experience. Yesterday we were back to replace those items. Remarkably, Marsha, the same person we worked with years ago, helped us with our selections again.

Greats place to buy your home appliances, I am on oxygen due to covid pneumonia and could not go help my wife so they stepped up, video chatted with me about the stove making sure we got the right one. I call that above and beyond and we are grateful

Expert help great prices

You walk in and the sense of entering an interdimensional pocket hits you. You are one with the furniture, you are infinite. You wander about the spacious place, and gently browse the furniture, all which give you the faint sense of familiarity, like this was once your home in your past life. If you get hungry during your stay in a different dimension, then they have a popcorn machine, so you can watch your existence slowly ebb away while snacking. This is the only furniture I buy. The only furniture I can buy. I am stuck here, limitless, in this Cullen's. Please, if anyone finds me, let me be, I am one with the furniture now.
