Samantha was amazing to work with. She took her time even though it was getting close to closing time. Her multitasking with our project made the process go smoothly.

Luke was very kind and very helpful in the process of helping us set up our new phones and was mindful of our preferences; he also made us feel welcomed even though we stayed a bit longer then the posted hours and was very respectful and patient with us translating and as he answered any of our questions and explained in detail. Definitely worth 5 stars

A wonderful experience! I only had to wait less than 5 minutes to be helped by a sales person. Luke was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer young man.

I had a great experience with Haley at the Fairmont location. Fastest upgrade I've had so far with Verizon - usually takes like 2-3 hrs, she had me in and out in an hour.

Haley help set me with my new phone and case & other accessories answered all my questions and very polite I was happy with her service

Their expertise allowed us to upgrade our cell phones and reduce the cost of our monthly plans at the same time. We are very impressed with the staff at Wireless World.
