I just recently bought a wash and dryer as well as a refrigerator. Jose was the one who was helping my family and I. He was super helpful with questions we had and explaining the products. He had great attitude and was very personable. I never once felt he was pushing me to make a purchase or that I was inconveniencing him. Very happy with my new appliances

This review is for the two young men who delivered our wash machine. They were professional and also friendly. They quickly took the old one out and brought the new one in. In a matter of a little over a half hour they were done along with instructions on how to run the new washer. Very impressed with this aspect of the service of Dan's Appliance.

Needed a new washer
When we walked in we got greeted and asked what we where looking for. The wife knew what she wanted right away. The staff was able to answer our questions. The best part they had what we wanted. They delivered and took the old one away. Will be back if needing another appliance.

Great company to work with! Tim was so helpful. I couldn’t make it down to the store location, but I explained what I was looking for in emails and Tim followed through with what was available with pricing. Got the refrigerator installed this last week and I love it! Will recommend them to others, and will use them again for future purchases!

Dan's Appliance in Fairmont is a fabulous company. They offer good prices, quality customer service, and will do repairs on your existing appliances. As a landlord with coin operated laundry, Dan's is the place to shop.

We had a great experience when we purchased our Samsung LCD television from Dan's Appliance and TV. The salesperson was able to steer us in the right direction so we have the best TV for the size of our room. We do all our appliance purchases from them because their prices are fair and they have dependable service. Bought our first dishwasher, didn’t work ! Called into
Dan’s , talked with a very nice man who said they would be here the next day BUT the technician showed up the same day !! He found a broken wire, fixed it temporarily and will order us the new part .
