Great shop with a lot of products. They just have everything. I ordered some caps from the online shop from Italy because I couldn't find exactly these in all of Europe. It paid off, the price is great, including shipping from the USA to Italy, I no longer paid like here in Europe. Customer service is perfect. The caps arrived as ordered. Highly recommend Cowing Robards if you need skate sharpening and any sporting needs while visiting Alexandria. We were there this morning and the staff put TIME in to make sure my daughter’s blades were skate-able. They were so helpful and kind. Best customer service we’ve had from any sporting store! The service here is great! I have come in here multiple times to get various things. The staff here are very helpful and will provide assistance with helping you. When I've had to get thing screen printed or embroidered it has always exceeded my expectations. The prices are usually very reasonable. They will work with people to meet deadlines. Again the staff are so very nice! I look forward to anytime I get to do business with them.

After a TERRIBLE experience at another sporting goods store, I went to Cowan’s to figure out what I could do to remedy my son’s hockey skates. I was kindly directed to the section of the store where I was assisted by an employee named Erik. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to resharpen my son’s skates to completely fix the blades that had been ruined by the other store. We are not local, but would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone!

The benefits of keeping it local. My daughter plays high school hockey and after a recent game she told me her skate was broken. Being that they were barely a year a year old, I went down to CR sports, where I had purchased them. The manager talked to his Bauer Rep directly and was able to get my daughter brand new, current year model, replacement skates, only just a few days later. Try getting that service from an online purchase. I don't think so. Thanks CR Sports.
