Chad and the incredible staff at Power Lodge made it an easy first time purchase of a Side-by-Side. Whether I was asking questions over the phone or in-person everyone freely shared their UTV knowledge. When Chad dropped off my Polaris Ranger I needed an adapter for my charger and was unsure what to get. After hours, Chad spent time researching what part I needed and sent me a link to what I needed. Chad and team will go the extra mile to support their customers.

Chad was easy to work with and patiently answered all my questions. He even allowed me to look at an atv that was still in the crate. The purchase was simple and straight forward. I was a first time buyer and I never felt intimidated or rushed.

Service is excellent. We had a flat on our ATV and needed a tube and patch to fix it. Power Lodge did not have a tube in stock to fix it but Brian in the service department called several dealers in the area to find a place that had the item and time to fix this for us. We had three more days of riding so this would have ruined our trip otherwise. We appreciate Brian’s time and effort.

Usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received here. I have a 2005 Seadoo jet boat, called around to over 20 dealerships/stores and no one would work on them, I called into Power Lodge and although they were booked for 6 weeks they were able to work me in and pull some check engine codes on my boat as well as look at a few other things. Expected to spend hundreds of dollars and ended up spending $130 for everything, Darrell and Zach in service went above and beyond, couldn't be happier with my experience!

My first time bringing in my Wave Runner here and the service was excellent. They did the right thing took it in right away and checked out a few things I had not thought about that could have caused an issue because it had been submerged. It cost what I expected it would, very satisfied.
Also was greeted the minute I walked in the door both times and helped right way. I believe it was Brian that helped me out and Stephan the technician - thanks for the consideration on getting it taken care of right away. I will be back. (Hopefully for a purchase not a repair)

Great customer service. I needed a new helmet and they needed to order my size. I didn't want to pay for it without knowing if it fits. The company requires payment in full when ordering but let me wait to be sure it fits. Very nice.

I worked with Russ, Nathan and Nick. They were all very informative and respectful. They put the customer first. I've never had good service with power sports dealers/service. I can guarantee the next machine I buy or service, will definitely be going to them. They went beyond to help me out. Thanks guys!

Fantastic service! Everybody at this dealership was very friendly and helpful for me and my family. We had a last-minute break down on a snowmobile and this team came through in the clutch and helped us get back on the trail within an hour. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you power lodge!

One of the the best, if not the best Polaris dealer in the state. On multiple occasions I've stopped in for minor maintenance issues and they were able to squeeze me in everytime. Last year I had an issue with my tps on my snowmobile and it occurred again after they fixed it. They fixed it again free of charge no questions asked. Always friendly and helpful.

Very helpful and knowledgeable in the products. From the time we were onsite to the papers to the vehicle instructions, Eric was polite and informative. All staff provided insight to the products and were friendly. With great pricing, we would definitely recommend.

We had a belt go out while on vacation, they had the part in stock and were able to replace it ASAP. Price was fair. Service was very informative and sales staff too. Maybe a new one in the future guys!

I had to have a key made for my ATV because my original key broke. They were very fast with the service, the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. This was my first time at Power Lodge but they will be getting more of my business.
