This is a great locally owned restaurant. The food was really good and lots to choose from. Was really fresh and very well prepared. Price was very reasonable to.
Was there for breakfast and had biscuits and gravy made fresh!
And blueberry French toast.
I would highly recommend if you're in the area!

This restaurant is a gem. Larger than it looks so there was plenty of seating on a Friday for lunch. Burgers and patty melt were delicious. Try their 'milk fries'. They're delicious. They had pies going by our table that looked great but we were to full from our lunch meals. When you're heading 'up north' give them a try.

The waitress was not very educated on gluten free but was polite & took the time to learn. Discussed my options with the cook & my chicken salad was fabulous. She brought me the salad dressings & I showed her what to look for. They had a few gluten free options for that as well. I left feeling great.

This is the best place to go if you’re in or around Onamia and want really good home cooked food! They also give you really big portions and their menu pricing is really reasonable! When you order a piece of pie, it’s huge! Great caramel rolls also!!

This restaurant is awesome! Go in, sit down and be ready for the best food and service. Ash was great 👍 the food was great 👍 and we always tip the head cook too when it is super delicious. Their pancakes look like hubcaps and taste like heaven.

Amazing little honey hole. I felt like I went back in time to a place where the food is made with love and quality.

I ordered the Super Duper Burger, I love the taste. This is a big burger that is cooked the way I like it.
The waitress is friendly and knowledgeable. I liked the Halloween room it has good stuff.

I was craving a hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. I said to myself as I drove home from the cabin there has to be a small family restaurant in Onamia with such a thing on a Monday afternoon. BINGO!!!

Quaint, cozy and friendly restaurant. Good service. Exactly what I was looking for. Air conditioning works fantastic, especially if you sit up against the wall where the vent is. Reasonably priced menu with many choices including all day breakfast and a nice dessert menu. I will definitely be coming back and spreading the word to all my family and friends that travel between the cities and Brainerd.

Good local cafe been going here for years always solid food and service

Came here for the broasted chicken only to find out the boaster has taken a permanent vacation. Our server was friendly and understanding when we only ordered drinks. Small town feel because, well, it’s in a small town.

Great restaurant. Good variety, very good prices. Best banana cream pie ever! Breakfasts are very good - love the cranberry wild rice toast. Walleye dinner is fantastic.

Fresh homemade food is amazing. There hand patty burgers are the way a burger was ment to be made, not a Frozen puck. Staff are friendly as well as the regular guest who talk to you like you matter. Prices are fair for great quality and quantity of there food. Hope that they do not change there ways as homemade foods are a dieing thing.

What a beautiful little gem. Stepped back into that wonderful hometown feel at this place. Good was delicious, service was fantastic and the prices were a breath of fresh air from the expensive cookie cutter restaurants in the cities. Will definitely visit again and tell anyone who headed that way to stop in!!!
