Excellent service today found the problem with bike in moments. I was in the lot getting ready to head out.....Nate caught up to me and asked if I could hang a few minutes. He brought the bike out, helped me load it in the truck! Wife is thrilled her bike is road ready again. Thanks Nate!

Nate and his team do a fantastic job dealing with people from start of the interest to completing the sale and following up with the sale through emails and phone calls.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I couldn't be happier with my new Specialized bike! I took one for a test ride, decided to purchase and they had my accessories installed and the bike all tuned up ready for me to pickup within a couple hours on a holiday weekend!

We are no biking experts by any means, but my kids and wife have the itch to really get deeper into the hobby . Nate and his crew have been instrumental in providing quality bikes , information, and even mountain biking trails for beginners for them to get their feet wet . We started with two bikes for kiddos , and have returned for an adult mountain bike , and third kids bike , and an amazing easy to use bike tray .

My son rides his bike hard ( probably harder than the 20 in Specialized is intended to be ridden) and it continues to preform a year later just like new .

They have traveled all the way to Texas , and Colorado will be coming this year.

I would urge people local to Alexandria and even visitors to our area to visit the shop even if just to say hi , or rent some bikes for the weekend, you will definitely be back !!!

Amazing, just amazing. While other bike shops tell me work will take 3+ weeks, Alex Bike Shop got the fairly straightforward repair done much quicker. Nate is extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for all my questions about the bike I purchased! (2020 specialized fuse) He stayed after closing time to finish up with me too! With most dealers sold out right now he still had exactly what I was looking for and didn't try and upsell me on a more expensive bike . Very trustworthy and honest! Nate was very helpful last year when we bought my first new fancy bike! He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice to a novice. I was having trouble with my Thule bike rack- I brought it in and he took care of contacting the company and in the end, I ended up with a brand new bike rack. I would definitely recommend Nate to anyone looking for a great experience!

Great Experience!
Selected the "Performance Tune Up" for my Specialized bike that is several years old. In just 1 day I was back on my bike with perfect shifting and braking capabilities! The mirror they recommended is incredible. It has a great view and doesn't fall out of adjustment even on bumpy terrain. The Alex Bike Shop is a great addition to the Alex area! Thank you for the professional and fast service!

Last Friday we stopped by Alex Bike to check out a new bike rack. My wife recently received an e-bike but our existing rack was a challenge to use. Nate showed us two racks he had in stock and would be able to install immediately in the rain. Hats off to Luke for installing it quickly! I was absolutely impressed with their knowledge and service. The new rack will enable my wife to more easily use her bike as we work our way across 12 states and 26 rail trails on our way home to NH.
