Discover Wine

I’ve lived in the area for a little more than a year and thanks to a gift card this was the first time I visited this spot and it won’t be the last. The wine selection was nice yet both overwhelming. The owners were super friendly and helped with my selection and the entire place was very cute. Definitely my go to for wine going forward.

What a fantastic spot for wine. Tons of wine but not overwhelming. Set up in such a structured way that you can walk in and out fast. If you’re just trying out wines it’s great because of the fantastic organization. If you’re already super into wines it’s also fantastic for this same reason . By the way the prices are fantastic. Most bottles of wine here are absolutely affordable. I’m a cheap guy and felt completely fine here

Because Christmas is approaching, my father had the need for a bottle of wine. So he ventured into Discover Wine for his very first visit, and had an experience in his words “that truly touched me.”

These guys make wine buying so easy. The wines are organized starting with the whites and then go to the light reds all the way up to the most robust cabs. Very easy to navigate. An innovative approach that reflects how much Ken and Kevin know their product line. One of them is always at the store and very helpful. They give the same care to the novice and the connoisseur. They are a big part of why Main Street Somerville is a hot destination.

This is such a wonderful establishment. They make solid recommendations and have a restrauant wall that pairs wines with the local restrauants.

Both owners are friendly help you with orders and are personable. If you have not been here you are missing out.

Great selection of wines and very affordable. This is a great place to pick a bottle when dinning in BYOB haven's; Somerville. They have a section with suggested food-wine pairing. Kenny, the owner, is great and does remembers when you come back.

Can't think of a better place to seek a bottle of good wine. Ken and Kevin are very helpful every time I am looking to pair wine with dinner plans downtown. And never try to oversell you on pricier wines.

Great selection. Friendly staff. They carry large size bottles of wine (3 liter and 5 liter). You can also fill your growler! (Beer of course, not wine haha)
