I have been using premier now for over a year for all my home furnishing needs. They have been wonderful on working with my budgets. Also when life hits hard they were more then happy to work with me on my payments. The latest item I got was a tv that they delivered the same day a half an hour before they closed. This was nice of them as I came in last minute because of my old tv broke. Thanks to everyone at premire for making us feel Welcomed.

This place is awesome. They were extremely helpful when I went in and very friendly. They even called me a few days later to see how I was doing with my new laptop! I have to give Ana a huge shout out for the call and when I went in being so kind and keeping a smile on her face. Felt very welcomed in this store.

When we go in we always experience great customer service. Alex and Michael moved our couch and coffee table in the snow and cold. They were very nice and efficient. Great job!

The delivery team was amazing they ignored our little dog barking at them and let my daughter "supervise" as she likes to call it as they set up our new mattress. Awesome job guys you are amazing. Thank you so much

Premier has been my go to store since they opened. They have helped me furnish my house and keep my appliances up to date and running smoothly for years now. From hand held gaming devices to bedroom sets their sales staff is quite knowledgeable. I know I can always count on Amanda to get me the products I want as well as what I need. She has always gone above and beyond for my family. Whether it is an item they don’t have in stock or a financial hiccup on my end, she is always ready to help and takes care of my needs as a customer. With Amanda it isn’t just a job, she genuinely cares for her customers and makes a point to know them personally. She brings a small town feel to a corporate business. She will work hard for her customer. By making sure that they are getting the products they want and need at a price that is affordable, before sending them home with the comfort of knowing they made the right decision.

Family needed a new washer and dryer set so we went in to see Dave. Quickly showed us our options and had the set delivered the same day! During installation we noticed a dent. I said it was no big deal but Dave insisted on replacing it for us. Great customer service and will continue to recommend family and friends

We were looking for an IPad for our special needs son. We needed specific features and Kim was so helpful and really went above and beyond for us! She even went as far as to look up the size of the iPad so I could find a good case! Very friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend!

4 1/2 years ago when I had to completely start over, Amanda and the rest of the crew were right there to assist me. From competitive pricing and willingness to accommodate my paycheck schedule. I’ll always be grateful for their help!!!

We had an issue with our 82" smart TV and there was no hassle given to us when we reported it. Premier staff came, looked at it, took pictures and kept us informed during the replacement process. Huge surprise to us when the new one was delivered; 82" wasn't available so they brought us an 85"!!! 🙃🙂🙃😎

I love Premier!! We have always been treated well when we were in there. Their prices are great and they are willing to work with you, just communicate with them. Most of our house is furnished by Premier, lol. And we wouldn't have it any other way!!

Kim Jacoby is the best! She found me a washer when I was in a pinch and pulled strings so that she was able to deliver same day to my home. Very polite, pleasant, and professional and these days that’s hard to find!!
