The Standard Bean

I recently moved to the area and decided to stop by The Standard Bean. I ordered a drip coffee with oat milk and the Super Nova on a toasted bagel—both were good. The employees were very friendly and my coffee/ food were prepared quickly. I just took my stuff to go, but the atmosphere inside was very calm and it wasn’t super busy, so I think I’ll stick around and enjoy my food/coffee inside next time!

Best Coffee Shop of New Rochelle! What won my heart here is their unique menu. They have a variety of breakfast options to choose from. Too much for me to bring up. And as for drinks..they have your typical options like latte, espresso and tea based drinks hot or iced, but they have a super empowering drink called rocket fuel. This will have you Awake! If you need some energy through the day. My go to spot in the area. Ambience and setting inside is clean and calm. The staff here is what puts the icing to the cake..absolute superb friendly genuine customer service. Absolutely recommended.

I’ve been coming to this coffee shop regularly since i moved to new rochelle. All the employees are super friendly, the place is always spotless and it’s a great environment to work if you work remotely like me. They play chill music and i don’t feel like i’m in starbucks where they blast music like you’re at a concert! I live in a building nearby which also just opened a coffee shop but i still like to come to the standard bean because it has a cozier vibe to it in my opinion.

Lovely quaint coffee and breakfast spot. Friendly and prompt service. The coffee and food both surpass expectations. The prices are outstanding for the area. Great relaxing atmosphere with chill tunes.

Simple, quiet, solid offerings. Service is personalized so you will wait if anyone else is ahead of you.

I stopped by the Standard Bean and purchased a pumpkin spiced latte which I enjoyed, It's a nice place to grab a hot drink and I will definitely go back to try the bakery items. The place is clean and the service is friendly.

Excellent espresso and a peaceful environment. I wish there were glass espresso cups, but I'm sure that'll come after the pandemic is over.

Great atmosphere

The coffee is well made, the pastries are delightful but nothing special. My lady requested a toasted croissant and it was slightly warmed up. The pumpkin spice was delightful because it wasn’t overly seeet. I’d go back.

Hubby and I tried this place for the first time this past weekend . Place is really nice and modern . The two guys behind the counter were super cool . Hubby ordered a pumpkin spice iced latte and a banana muffin . His thoughts were “ it’s good but not great . I ordered the latte with vanilla and almond milk and a croissant toasted with butter .the coffee was good I really enjoyed it . However my croissant was not toasted it was cold the butter was hard and not easy to spread , it did taste fresh so I was ok with it . Would I be back ? Maybe if I’m around the area.
