Thank you for being honest and not charging what another local company was trying to make off my elderly sister and brother in law. A job that cost 280.00 with roto - rooter the other local company was trying to charge over 18,000 claiming the pipes had collapsed under the house and the only way to fix it was to install a liner . This was not the case it was a simple fix. ROTO-ROOTER IS BY FAR THE BEST!! Thank you guys for fixing the problem so fast.

For starters, they were the only business that would include my community (Beclabito, NM) in their service area aside from a company out of Cortez, Colorado. Their quote was also fifty dollars less than the competitor's. They sent someone out the next day who was pretty knowledgeable and courteous. To top it off, the price was less than the quote! I'd definitely call them again if I need service on the septic tank.

When needing a professional plumber, call Roto-Rooter. I highly recommend this company. I have used on 3 different occasions and the service is exceptional, (don’t see that very often), had same day service, and they have reasonable prices. So as the saying goes “Away go troubles down the drain” works for Farmington NM location
