I got a part that was wrong set it back.I got the Wright one from Jack first gun parts Very nice to work with .Out back $55. JACKs $23 I have the tracking info from ups were I sent the wrong order back so I can get credit for it on my credit card. Even told out back to credit my credit card. Just found out that out back gave me store credit. $55 dollars I will never use ? ONLY OPEN FIVE HOURS TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY. IM NOT HAPPY WITH OUT BACK. GOOD POST.

May be the only gun parts store that cares about selling parts and taking care of each customer! He was super busy and still spent 20 min on the phone with me explaining what parts they had and how their system works. Also took time to go look in their massive inventory for parts for me. Never once did I feel rushed off the phone. Very rare in the Firearms industry especially these days!

Good buisness

First the owner was most helpful person I could have ever hoped to talk to about my gun issues and I left the conversation feeling like I would know a Quality gun expert the rest of my life & he was going to have a life time customer. He sent my parts & they never showed up. I called him & asked where my package was, he then made it clear that the package was delivered according to the tracking information & he would NOT be covering the package unless the United States Postal Service approved the insurance for the lost package. Seeing that he made it SO CLEAR that the USPS Denies insurance claims 99% of the time and on top of it he was not going to cover the package unless they covered it first, I felt I had no choice but to contact the Office of the Indiana Attorney General Consumer Protection Division & put in a formal complaint.

Outback Guns claims that the insurance was approved beforehand but I believe it’s because they got an email from the attorney generals office. Now they fully refunded me and they don’t care that I needed my part to my shotgun and it’s a life-and-death situation when this situation was happening and they don’t care now.
this experience has left me to believe that this company is very selfish

My advice is don’t have them ship you anything unless you’re willing to take the chance because they will not cover it. Terrible customer service
