Our family had a horrible experience with a Strong Spa. After only 3 years we had multiple leaks, a broken and rusted cover we could barely open, a dead pump, and a broken heater. It was a money pit and when we called their service line, we got the run around and they said any local hot tub company would be able to fix it for us. No local company would touch them because of their known issues (I don’t blame them). Needless to say, it now resides in the Broome County Landfill.

We debated getting another hot tub, but our family decided it was key to a fun and happy winter experience here in the Northeast, so we decided to bite the bullet. After extensive research, all roads led back to Hot Springs and we found out Coral Isle was a Retailer.

We had an excellent experience with Alex in the showroom. Be sure to ask for him. Not a pushy sales guy at all and showed us all the features and specs that would work best for our family. We purchased the next day and it was delivered in less than a week!

What an awesome tub! We decided on a saltwater tub and I’m very happy we did. As the person in our family that maintains it, it’s a piece of cake compared to our old hot tub. Sometimes it feels like I’m somehow cheating, it’s that easy to maintain on a weekly basis.

We did have an issue with the tub when we first filled it up when the heater failed to turn on. It ended up being an error of the 3rd party electrician that wired it in, not the tub at all, but Coral Isle sent out their tech for an entire morning to diagnose the issue. It’s very difficult to find top notch, after-the-sale service like that these days.

100% recommend going with Coral Isle and Hot Springs if you’re in the market for a tub. The peace of mind in knowing you have a company that will be there should anything go wrong is well worth it, let alone the build quality and ease of maintenance.

Coral Isle deserves more than 5 stars. Everyone there is so amazing great and the staff is also friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the products. My husband and I bought a spa from them about 2 years ago and still we can walk in and they know the products we need. It’s great to know that there is a company that cares for their customers. If anyone has any questions about their spa or pool. Give these guys a try. You won’t be disappointed

Brian, Tia and the team at Coral Isle Pools have been great! They assisted us in service and sales when we needed a new hot spot spa. They gave us a great price, free chemical kit and even helped me clean my car after my Pups 🐶 messed it up. I will continue to patronize coral isle long after the sale for supplies and maintenance. Bryan at Coral Isle Pools and Spa was unbelievably helpful when we purchased the Hot Springs Envoy. It is an amazing Hot Tub. The jets are incredible and it far exceeds a regular Hot Tub. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a pool or spa to stop in their Vestal Store. Customer service is excellent as well.

I decided to purchase a spa because I fractured 3 disc's. I have been in it 4 to 5 times a week for the last 3 weeks and my mobility has improved dramatically. I could only put in 600 to 900 steps a day and now I'm over 3400 daily and walk normal now. If you have mobility issues go for it you won't regret it, plus their spa's come with the cover, steps, and arm to make lifting the cover a breeze! I have to add, they were patient with me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Coral Isle

His approach was refreshingly free of any sales pressure as he graciously provided a guided tour of the spas, showcasing their features, and patiently addressing all our questions. I was particularly impressed when he advised against purchasing a larger spa, emphasizing that it wouldn't be a sensible investment for our needs.

Despite numerous opportunities to up-sell, Brian never took that route. The following day, we made the decision to purchase our spa, and the entire process – from the purchase to delivery – exceeded our expectations. We are now delighted not only with our new spa but also with the confidence that stems from knowing we are in capable hands. I reached out to Brian and the folks at Coral Isle when I was looking for a Hot Tub as a Christmas present for my wife. Brian got me started in the right direction, was honest and upfront with everything I needed to know about buying and owning a hot tub. They helped me through every step of the process and made sure it was a great experience. I feel like I got a good deal and was setup for quality installation. I first became a Coral Isle Pools & Spas customer in 2007 when I bought my hot tub there. They were great then, and have continued to be, extremely helpful with the handful of repairs my hot tub has needed over the years. They've always got the supplies, advice, and expertise when it comes to water chemistry.
This year I was helping a friend open her large in-ground pool in the Spring and just last week when it was time to close & winterize it.
I have very limited knowledge of pools and their maintenance so without Alex and Brian's patience and assistance, I couldn't have even got it to be usable condition this summer.
Throughout the summer Alex tested and provided products and step-by-step advice to ensure proper chemistry.
The pool went from looking like a pond to having beautiful, crystal clear water! The kids enjoyed it all summer long!
Last week I was once again patiently guided and advised, step-by-step, on what to do and how to properly winterize and close the pool.
When it came to the very last part of it (blowing out the lines and putting antifreeze in) I was really afraid to do it, for fear of doing it wrong and potentially causing costly repairs in the Spring.
Brian not only got on the phone with me multiple times to help me, but he came up on his own time and stayed at the pool with me and guided me through the last few steps.
He then refused to take any money!!
In a day of (often) lousy customer service every where, my experience with every single employee at Coral Isle that I have ever talked to, asked questions of, or was helped by, has been fantastic! I can't say enough!

Excellent service. Coral Isle installed a sand filter to our pool on the 8th. We called with some questions about it last night and in less than 24 hours Brian cruised up here on his motorcycle to make sure we were happy and everything was working perfectly. Will 100% recommend to everybody.

Alex was very professional when I stopped in the store to have my water tested. He saved me from having to refill my unit. Definitely recommend this business!

I went to find a glove for billiards and I left with a brand new pool stick, case and the glove. The staff was super nice and friendly.

My wife went here for advice on cloudy pool. Came away with a clarifier that so far is up and down on if it's going to work or not. I am giving Coral Isle 5 stars because they do not hesitate in saying God Bless in other reviews. Thank you!

I absolutely love my pool table, and they were able to deliver much quicker than I hoped. Installation was excellent, they really took the time to position and level table to perfection.

I have had the absolute best experience with this place. I was having a horrible time with another local company that my hot tub was bought from originally from my neighbor. I needed my hot tub moved a few hundred feet and when I finally gave up on the other place and called Coral Isle, it was like a breath of fresh air. First off, the ladies at the front desk are so nice and get you to the right people based on your needs. I ended up meeting with Brian who was probably the nicest person in the world and ensured me he would take care of me and my situation within a week. So literally 5 days later I got a call from Larry who is also extremely sweet, and my hot tub was moved the next day by 5 young men who were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and meticulous. They brought everything to take down our fence gate and put it all back up themselves like nothing happened. They made sure the hot tub was placed perfectly and even moved it when it was half an inch off from center and also lifted it back up to push back a very small amount of rocks that got misplaced during the move. They had such smiling faces and could answer all my questions as I’m a first time hot tub owner. I’m so so grateful for my experience with these guys and I’m even more grateful that they are almost the only company in the area that will service hot tubs that are not originally bought from them because I will never go to any other place for the rest of my needs. I really can’t say enough nice things about this company and everyone who works for it and I look forward to working with them again VERY soon!
