Absolutely delicious food, great service, and a nice diner environment. I got the ham & cheese omelet with home fries and wheat toast, all of which were fantastic. I'm not usually a big omelet person but figured I'd go for it and I'm glad I did. It was really, really well made and extremely tasty!

Additionally, I got the sausage biscuits and gravy to split with my husband. This was the star of the show; the perfect amount of salty and just overall fantastic.

The diner was pretty busy but that didn't seem to hinder the service or wait time. The vibe was nice, friendly, lake themed. Lots of parking.

We had breakfast here before going to the hike. The place was cute and lovely. The waiter was very friendly and thoughtful. Food was decent regarding both quality and size. The overall menu prices are pretty affordable. I’d highly recommend the restaurant if you plan to eat something before hiking. Will visit back again in future.

Real food and its yummy. Moved the environment, full of energy at the same time serene with neatness. The food tasted great. It was damn busy and no one served water in our table. But will surely come back for more food.

My husband and I both a a turkey melt and soup. I had the sweet potato and ham soup and he had the chicken tortellini. They were excellent. You could tell the soup was homemade. The place is clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Great place for families.

If you want simple diner eats, this is the place to go! We wanted to find a quick, easy place to grab a meal after a hike. The parking lot was crowded which seemed like a good sign. The breakfast menu was small but honestly, that's how I prefer it. I had the cheese omelette with a side of home fries and my sister had the french toast, also with a side of home fries. Everything hit the spot! I loved that it was inexpensive and it was easy to order things a la carte if you didn't want one of the typical meal options. The home fries were exactly how I liked them. My only minor qualm is I would have loved an alternate cheese choice from American (cheddar cheese, please!). But we both enjoyed our lunch a ton and our waitress (I believe her name was Danielle) was very kind!

Fantastic diner. Got sat down, waited on quickly, with a kind smile, and some really good food. You had me at homemade corned beef hash! Forgive me for not remembering our server's name but she was delightful. They are a well-oiled machine.

In town for a hike @ Watkins Glen Gorge Trail. Had the Swiss and Mushroom omelet. You can't go wrong with hometown diners right? Simple, reasonably priced breakfast.

Food was very delicious and the price was great! Very busy but worth the wait. Would definitely come again. Danielle our waitress was perfect! Thank you for the amazing breakfast.

We have tried 4 breakfast restaurants in the area over the past few days during our stay in Watkins Glen. My husband, son, his girlfriend and I all agreed this one gets 5 stars. Our waitress Patty was superb. She has to come back 3 times to take our order while my son was on an unexpected phone call and hadn’t a chance to read the menu yet. My Feta and tomato omelet was piping hot. The home fries tasted like they just pulled the potatoes out of the ground fresh. A distinctly fresh and yummy taste. It’s got a long history and we fully enjoyed the fruits of their labor. The trailers across the street were an unusual but homelike site to see.

This unassuming little restaurant offers delicious food. After an early morning hike at Watkins Glen State Park we were famished and looking for some filling breakfast. This place is just 0.5 miles from the entrance to the park. It seems popular with locals and tourists alike and is extremely busy(expect half an hour wait times during peak hours). We ordered the pancakes, omelet with a side of their signature homefries and bottomless coffee. We were also extremely happy when the check came. #mustvisit

Fantastic food! We were so pleased with every aspect of our experience at Curly's! Delicious meal, clean and pleasant atmosphere, great service! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great service and very accommodating. Old school diner feel which I love. The food was great we all got breakfast highly recommend pan cakes!

Came here while camping at Watkins Glen state park for breakfast. I had the pancakes with home fries and sausage. The pancakes were delicious as was the sausage. Not the biggest fan of the home fries but my bf enjoyed his . Coffee was also good . Price was good too! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area

Love this place. It's a staple. Food is always fresh and hot. Staff is always friendly. Interior is clean and bathrooms are as well. Always see locals who go and chat and makes it feel like you're home.

Nice local restaurant with good selection, service, and prices. Close to Watkins Glen State Park entrance -- about 3/4 mile south of the park entrance close to the Tops supermarket. Nice family atmosphere.
