Had my first experience with a salt float today. This was amazing. The gentleman who helped us (Clayton?) was very nice and knowledgeable. I 100% recommend this.

I had sent an email and an instant message but didn't receive a reply so I called and Clayton was phenomenal! We were able to get float sessions the next day. He was so thorough and knowledgeable and the kids had a wonderful experience.

Inner Floats is a fantastic place for relaxation and a great massage. This place has saltwater pools where you just float for an hour in your own Micro world. All the toxins are removed from your body and the experience is very peaceful. The staff is great!

Inner Peace Floats is the epitome of relaxation. You will not find a better bunch of human beings anywhere else. The atmosphere is chill and extremely inviting. Kathie and the boys walk you through everything in a very professional manner. And let me tell you about the float...it's indescribable. Complete and utter relaxation that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and happy. Even if you're on the fence, just give it a try. You will not be disappointed. It is truly an incredible experience.

Clayton was a wonderful host who explained the details about our float experience with such patience and knowledge. I booked a one hour float for myself, husband, son and his girlfriend during our stay in Watkins Glen. None of us had experienced a float before. All of us would be happy to do it again! We had so many questions and doubts and all were put to rest. Bottom line is this, InnerPeace delivers a clean, safe and wonderful experience. Be sure to shower after your float though. My husband didn’t know to do this and was salty the rest of the day. Lol.

Took my daughter here for her birthday. Clayton was wonderful in explaining the float, it was a very calming environment and worth our drive.

Was in town for a week's vacation and my back problems flared up. After a few calls and texts to local therapists, Carrie was able to fit me in before having to drive back to NC. I made a 90-minute appointment, and am so glad I did! Carrie understood what my issues were after a brief discussion and she gave me a fantastic treatment concentrating on the side that was giving me pain. I highly recommend Carrie as a massage therapist.

This place is the best. Went today for my float always a great relaxing time. My body and mind feel so good and I am so relaxed! Affordable.great staff!!!!

My first float was on a Saturday and it was so amazing I booked my husband and I for sessions that Monday. Yes, it was that impressive. The staff was very thorough in explaining the process, so if you’ve never floated there’s nothing to fear. If you’ve been sore, in need of some relaxation, or stressed out, you won’t go wrong here.

I cannot recommend Inner Peace Floats enough! My experience here last week was incredible. From the training Clayton provided to help me feel comfortable embarking on my first float, to the atmosphere of the space, the music, everything was just perfect. Wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm telling you all... splurge on this one!!! Best experience ever, great for anyone with fibro or arthritis pain but even more than that it's the best 90 min of relaxation I've ever had. Massage is great but this is over the top! Love this place and will return next year:)

Was new to floating until yesterday. Oh. My. Gosh. Best thing ever. I was slightly sceptical because my mind is always a million miles a minute, and I also HATE being naked. It was so dark in there that even I didn't know that I didn't have clothes on! It was great! I will honestly say that I never felt that "zen" feeling of my mind being totally blank. But when it was all over, I felt refreshed in a way I've never felt before. I also had the best night's sleep last night. Highly recommend everyone try this!

You deserve to give this place a try! So relaxing, I made a playlist on youtube for my girlfriend so we both listen as we float. You feel fantastic after you float and even better a day or two later! Aches, pains, soreness all gone for a few days after. This is like a liquid massage. You can use it as a sensory deprivation chamber, or listen to music and keep the light on if you want. The point is to float in the salt water, it feels absolutely amazing. There is a private shower conected to your private chamber, so you shower in and shower out. You use a special soap befote entering, but may use whatever you like after your float. Bring products if you want or feel free to use the stuff provided. This place is wonderful, I highly recommend you give it a try.

Best massage from Jen Valkenburgh. The building is beautiful and feels great just to sit inside. I'm hoping to try out the salt floatation bath soon! (I may not be using the proper title for that.)

Wow! If you are interested in any kind of body work or athletics, make a point of floating. Relax, float, and become aware. Easy and profoundly relaxing. Bonus: The long soak in magnesium relieves sore muscles like nothing else. The staff is sweet, the space inviting, the tanks pristine.

Wonderful staff. Very accomodating. Took my father-in-law and they were beyond polite and understanding and did everything they could to make his experience enjoyable.
