Rasa at Watkins Glen

Wow. Wooooowwww. I've had massages before. But NOT like the spectacular one I've had here! Wayne was my masseuse and someone should give the man fourteen THOUSAND gold stars because what an amazing massage! He is slow and methodical, taking his time to relax each muscle one by one. I've never been so happy (I literally couldn't stop laughing it felt so good!) And relaxed at the same time. Would have booked longer if I could have and next time I will!!! Lovely front desk staff, she was super pleasant and our appointment got moved the day before (to no fault of theirs, someone broke a finger, youch!) And she gave us a gift as appreciation. I mean really could this place be any more fabulous? Hospitable, affordable, serene, luxurious. I can't rave enough!! 10/10 will be back again!!

One of the best massages ever

EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDING

I schedule two massage and facials for my husband and myself on our anniversary april 3 to receive a call 2hours before our appointment to be told they need to cancel both our massage. I booked this over a month ago it was our last day of vacation and our wedding anniversary. The only thing the person said is they had a family emergency but we could come in for our facials no can we rebook or a discount nothing . I also called both your other locations trying hard to make this right for us but no luck that would have been nice if the salon would have help make this right . This was more then just a massage it was me and my husband first trip after losing my mother and the only time we have had together without kids and family in two months.
