Great store and best discounts, they match the online prices, not just with best buy online but with amazon and walmart also, i bought a macbook here, the customer support was good, they have applied all the discounts even before i have asked for them, the items were new and they got a lot of collection available for direct pickup. Quick tip: they will match your online price for the next 3 months.

We went in to return a laptop that was purchased online and had some software issues. She wanted a different model and picked one out, the staff was very helpful and suggested a different one that was 10x better, -300$ on sale, had a newer processor, so it would last her longer before she had to upgrade. So she paid a little more $ for a lot more laptop, plus it was touchscreen also. Very cool best buy, surprised us.

So happy with my purchase but it was because the gentleman that attended to me answered every one of my questions. I felt empowered in choosing my newest tools. Juan and John were knowledgeable and very professional. I had two because no one was waiting and I felt like a VIP. Every time I go to this Best Buy, they have the best team taking care of customers!

Was in town on a hunting trip and needed a portable charger for my phone. They had what I needed and a huge selection. Was greeted by a friendly staff member who took the time to SHOW me the item I was looking for. Was treated like customers should be treated my whole store visit. Thank you

I have not done business with a Best Buy in nearly a decade however recently I found myself in need of Geek Squad services.

While building a custom computer I fell into some snags (PSU DoA, babysitter cancelled, other inconveniences), so I opted for the Best Buy Membership for the year and the Geek Squad assembled the PC for me with my provided parts. Everyone I spoke to was awesome and knowledgeable. I received a work order along with paperwork outlining everything I was dropping off. The build went off without a hitch.

My only complaint is that they didn't format the second M.2 storage which threw me off at first. While it was not an issue for me, it would have been for a less technically aware client.

I also had to pick up a new PSU while on site and the price was comparable to Amazon vendors.

Overall, great experience.

Once again, had what I needed at a good price and it worked when I got it home! Love Best Buy!!

Great selection and service. Bought an SSD to upgrade my laptop storage. Price was comparable to online stores, and they had what I needed in stock, so I went and got it. Accidentally got the wrong type of SSD due to bad information online. Went back to exchange it for the correct type. The customer service person made the process very quick and painless (which is often not the case at other businesses). Won't hesitate to come back next time.

Honestly great people all around, really enjoyed how they had my online order ready so quickly and how helpful they where to give me advice on the games I bought. Thank you again. ( Also love the pokemon cards )🤩

Me and my wife came in a half hour before closing looking for a dryer because our old one took a dive, a gentleman named Carlos was more than happy to help us and he really went above and beyond. We ended up leaving with a washer and dryer because of the amazing deal going on, awesome service even stayed late to make sure we got everything we needed, we can't be more grateful thank you Carlos!

A must for technology imo. I have a credit card through here and always hit this place for black Friday deals yearly. I also hit this place for birthday of wife or son, mother's day/ anniversary as well.

This and Unicorn Electronics are the only places to go for tech locally in the Binghamton area. Wait for sales to get the best price. We bought a high-end TV and laptops there. It is convenient if you need something quick, like an Ethernet cable too.

Quick and simple pick up..ordered this morning was finished picking before I even had a chance to get to the store

Had an air conditioner warranty from best buy and no issues, went in told them what happened and got a brand new A/C, no hassle, no wairing and today was the hottest day on earth..lol Thank u Troy, Best Buy was amazing today!😁💪🏽

Saved over $1400 on an open box refrigerator that was returned because it didn't fit the other person's house. Had trouble getting three order placed and they compensated me with a $100 gift card. I already loved Best Buy but after this I can't even explain it.

The salesman who helped me was great. I told him what I needed and explained the new touch screen laptop was for Genealogy, and he gave me tips on what to do if I needed more hard drive/storage. Love my new laptop and Loved the price. (Open box is a Good deal)

Dropped off remotes to be recycled. Super quick in and out, love the fact that I could recycle stuff instead of putting them in the trash
