Highly recommend! When my bathroom was flooding, Akeem came out quickly and took care of the problem. He was friendly and professional. And in the end, they charged me less than half of what some other well-rated companies had quoted me.

Photos # 1 and 2 are the before with water from a clogged pipes, photos 3 and 4 are the work of unclog pipes.
You know I had been trying to get someone to come out to unclog my pipe all day on 9/24/2021 to no avail.
So I did not stop searching, finally this wonderful company name DRAIN-AWAY SEWER AND DRAIN SERVICE came to my rescue. While speaking to LORI I was almost in tears while explaining my situation to her. She was very professional, very empathetic, and did everything to get me some help, needless to say I was very grateful, filled with hope that LORI came to my aid. Within an hour I had someone at my home to get my pipe unclog.
This young man name RAY came and he did an amazing job. Ray took his time before doing the actual work to explain everything from A to Z what he would be doing, why he would be doing it and gave me some helpful hints for the near future.
He was very well knowledgeable, very well manner, very professional and did a magnificent job and came back to follow up to make sure everything was working properly.

We had an emergency call due to a clog that was causing a leaking toilet. They arrived within a couple hours, and went the extra mile to move items in the garage that were blocking the clean-out. They were friendly, professional, charged less than expected for an emergency visit, and even moved the items in the garage back into place. They also took the time to explain some things to do to prevent future issues. I would definitely recommend if you are in need.

I had called Drain Away at 10am this morning and they turned up at my house the same day at 8pm. I talked them through my problem and everything I had tried and they listened without judgement. They ran a 60ft snake through my pipes which seemed to fix the issue. I appreciated the fact that the guy didn't try to leave as soon possible, but was determined that we try a bunch of tests to make sure we had fixed the issue. Only when he and I were satisfied we decided to call it day. Nice guy and very reasonably priced. I tend to get contractors that balloon the price based on where I live and the house I live in, so I really appreciate a fair price for fair work.

Better than others! I had a main drain that backs up multiple times and floods my tenant's items in the basement. I called a local plumber (to remain nameless) and they claimed it was roots and need to snake the line yearly.

After the third snaking and third flooding I called Drain-Away. They didn't snake the line and left, they investigated what the root cause was (no pun intended), it wasn't roots but grease and other items that kept plugging up the drain. They cleaned it out and drains like a dream.
