Who doesn't love this place? I mean come on they have just about everything you could possibly need and some things you don't but somehow end up getting just because its cool. Great prices, deals you can't beat and lots of lifetime warranty! Its not snap-on but hey it gets the job done and its guaranteed!!!

Great store, I don't go there much because it's a bit of a drive but when I do I never have any problems finding help to find what I need, my last visit I was in and out in 5 minutes and that's a big deal for me because I don't like having to spend time finding something.

Bought a pump at two other stores that did not work, drove the hour to this place. They held the item, and the staff is friendliest, amazing customer service.

I went there to exchange a broken Pittsburgh tool with a lifetime warranty and Bethany, Front End Associate was absolutely amazing! She is exactly what all customer service agents should be. She was extremely pleasant, friendly, and very professional. I was having a rough and long day and her disposition made my day! Every store needs employees just like Bethany... Talk about WOW,! In short, Bethany is SPECTACULAR!

Found what we were looking for in a matter of seconds and the staff were very polite and helpful!! Bathrooms (well at least the ladies room) were super clean!! Yay for Harbor Freight!! And I also found my hubby's Christmas present!!

Prices, (for the most part), pretty reasonable & competitive, compared to, most, other places.

I still ALWAYS try "shop smart" & to do some research & shop around, (using store apps &/or websites, check for possible price match options, if/when available, physically & personally look & read up on similarities/differences between what the various brands/types do/don't offer/include, etc., for the amount that you pay, etc.!

Overall... Take your time to make sure you get what you need/want, best quality, etc., (as much as possible), but still get the best price possible. The longer it lasts/is usable/supported, the less often you'll have to replace it, &, therefore, the more time, money, stress, etc., you'll be able to save in the long run!

Long story short.... Remember, you get what you pay for! Read the fine print! Take your time! Do your research! Don't rush! Don't be sucked into the very first possible option(s) you may see/find!

Workers/ employees should not be parking in spots right in front of store!!! They should be across the lot or on side of building tired if no spots cuz fat lazy employees!! New store opening soon!! Love this place!!

I love this place for the great tool deals. But I can never manage to leave this place without spending a hundred bucks at least. But I love their deals and their coupons definitely recommend.

Very help people working there. They should give all of them a raise! From the woman who knows where everything is to the cashier who was helpful and kind! Ill be back!

Always awesome! Best deals on basic tools and always a discount available. Left with a 3x5 nylon American flag, 2 way work light (with batteries included), and a socket organizer(lifetime warranty) for $7. Staff very eager to help and super friendly.

Not much else to say other than it’s Harbor Freight. This is one of the nicer stores I’ve been to overall.

Great little place. Couldn't find some items on our own so I asked a worker and went right to the isle I needed. Didn't have one of the coupons (my fault) but got the discount anyhow with the worker at the register. I definitely will keep going back to the place.
