Your guys came to put a beautiful new metal roof on our house it looks great and the guys were Friendly, and did a good job. Only took 2 days.Also had snow blocks and new gutters put on Best looking roof in our neighborhood THANKS GUYS

Update: We ended up getting in contact with someone and used their service to take out our two sky lights and go over the existing roof increasing the pitch of the entire back roof. It initially looked very iffy, but when the foreman inspected the work, the completely took off all the metal and leveled off the roof, some areas had to be leveled over 12". The back roof looks very level now and we have not had any issues with wind or Ice. The work is 5 Star, I only gave it a 4 star due to the cost compared to other estimates. I don't know if the other contractors work would have been better for a lower price, but like I said, the work was 5 star. Very happy with our decision. I would recommend them and if we had the money would have them change out our front roof.

Not sure if this is an anomaly, but I called the number they have listed here and it went to a voicemail that directed me to another number. I called the second number and spoke to a gentleman that took my name and number. I was put on hold, no issue there. When he came back on he stated he was not able to get in contact with anyone and that they would get in contact with me. I asked if he was trying to contact the number that is posted on Google and was dismissive to my comment. So I mentioned that the number on Google is misleading and the correct number should maybe be posted and he told me that someone would get in contact with me. I understand that some of these employees sole job is to take information and forward it, but shouldn't they take questions or concerns of potential customers down and maybe let someone know of a potential issue. I put 3 stars because I am interested to see if I get a call. I have dealt with a lot of businesses in my years so I feel I know good customer service and I think a bigger construction company would want to start off correct. Like my 1st line, this could be an anomaly.
