Friendly staff, I like shopping local compared to the big box stores. Their lber is superior to either Lowes or Home Depot.

I have very different opinions of the Adams and Sackets Harbor locations. Sackets Harbor staff are helpful and courteous, very customer oriented. I am there almost daily. Adams is another story. I have in the past spent hundreds of thousands there but not a penny for the last several years.

Great company. Between this location and Adams Center, they have always gone out of their way and often beat the big box stores. I will say the quality of the wood has been better too.

The staff is ready to help, very nice, and informative. They also do service repair on EGO products.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They seem to really know their stuff here. It seems like a small place but they have everything.

this is a great small town hardware store . the employees are friendly , helpful and knowledgeable . they were doing a memorial day celebration and customer appreciation event , it was great.. I will be stopping there again ..

The staff always welcomes you to the store. They are extremely helpful helping you locate the products you are looking for. They also have a large inventory.

Stoped in for bird food and shepherds pole for feeders, everyone was very helpful and friendly and I will return when I need more supplies for the birds and wildlife.
