Mr .Rapp is a terrific attorney. He cares about his clients and fights for their interests. He handled a case for my wife and I in February 2021. It was a tough f1 case. It ended up as misdemeanor 1 with probation. Only an experienced and dedicated attorney could have made that happen. Mr. Rapp listens to his clients and also ask the tough questions.
