The Puro Clean crew did an amazing job getting my house back together. They were incredibly hard working, professional, and nice on top of everything else. It was a very good experience.

The staff of Puro Clean were the most friendliest, hard working group. Very efficient and left the business spotless. Would highly recommend to people.

My job was a disgusting, messy one, if you get my drift. (think sewer line/brown flood )and the sooner my basement was cleaned, sanitized deodorized and put back together the better. Puroclean was easy to work with, professional, and communicated directly with my insurance adjuster as well as the plumbing and HVAC people. They took a very bad situation, and quickly made it much better. Thank you to Justin and his entire crew of very nice and hard workers.

Andy and his team from PuroClean in Kingston/Woodstock, NY worked on cleanup from a boiler puff back/ backfire of soot that covered our basement and stairs and main floor. Andy was a pleasure to work with, always answered my calls (even on a Sunday!) and was thorough and detailed in the cleanup! He worked hand in hand with my home owners insurance (Allstate) and made everything work out very smoothly. I highly recommend Andy and the Kingston NY PuroClean. My daughters said that their bedroom had never been so clean! :)

I had to call Puroclean for a water damage problem in my house due to burst pipe in my house. My insurance company told me I needed to get water damage specialist to come assess the damage. I called them that evening and they were there first thing in the morning. I could not have been more impressed by their professionalism and empathy. They set up 15 giant dehumidifiers all over my house. Then every single morning Loren of Puroclean came to my house to measure how well the house is drying out. He worked with my work schedule which meant a lot to me. He was kind and very efficient. Thanks to the excellent job he did I will not have to do to much demolition. A lot of clean and repair to do but it could have been so much worse. I could not be more impressed and happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone I know.

We just finished our second job within 18 months with Puroclean and both times they not only went above and beyond but were also a complete pleasure to work with. They are the best at what they do - extremely professional, thorough, prompt with returning calls/follow-up and patient with many questions. Absolutely hands down the most Pro Team I have dealt with in a long time Jon, who came on his own time as my Neighbor when i called out for help on social media . Seeing as my husband is disabled with a bad neck and spine, it makes it extremely hard for him in situations like this Jon went above and beyond to get our guitars and gear safe. We then hired his company and the Staff was absolutely fabulous! Espy and Ericka were beyond thorough and found mold that i know would have made us sick With tons of music gear (over 100 guitars and amps) you can only imagine how scared we were to lose anything and i can honestly say we made it through with zero loss and the studio is now cleaner and better than ever! These guys are awesome and a total life/home saver. We had a very bad plumbing flood in our finished basement recently. PuroClean came to our home very quickly and turned a serious nightmare into a very manageable situation. They dried everything out very quickly with multiple large professional grade dehumidifiers and blowers, removed and disposed of all items that were destroyed by the flood. They moved and saved many sizable objects and then after they made sure everything was completely dry made sure those heavy items were moved back to their locations so we didn't have to lift them ourselves. They even cleaned the carpets and rugs. The guys from PuroClean were completely supportive and professional. Very highly recommended!

Puroclean came to our rescue when we had unexpected water damage to our home. They were very quick to respond after our initial call with the proper equipment to dry out and mitigate the damage. Jon's team is absolutely spot on! I called my insurance, Liberty Mutual, the moment we incurred the loss and within minutes I was told PuroClean would be in contact.

Within 20 minutes I got a call from Kevin who alerted me he'd be out with one of the company's owners (Jon) to inspect the damage, take readings and later bring equipment.

Within a few hours we had equipment setup, furniture being moved around to mitigate and start demolition. The team was there for four (4) straight hours without taking a break to remove, document and categorize everything that the water touched.

From Friday 1/29 to today 2/3 the fans have been running and we've been anxiously waiting to get renovations under way. These guys have been great about keeping me in the loop every step of the way and making sure we understood every single part of the process.

I would very highly recommend PuroClean. They were easy to get a hold of and everyone I spoke with was wonderful. They were able to schedule our emergency clean in a pinch. Those on the cleaning crew were very extremely kind, hardworking, and professional. Plus they were affordable and stuck within the range they quoted us for the job. I would use them again.

As a professional Move Manager, I am called in to de-clutter and organize homes, often with 20,30 or even 40 years of accumulations. And sometimes there are times when I assess that there is another level of cleaning that has to happen before I can do my work.

I recently had such an experience. I assessed the job and suspected that there was more than met the eye. I called PuroClean and the same day someone was able to come to the home and evaluate the situation. As I had thought, there were safety hazards and unsafe conditions in the home. The job was completed within days. A few days later I got a call from the client. She was crying....crying tears of joy. The home was clean and safe again. But what impressed her the most was the empathy and support she got from the staff. This was an emotionally charged situation and they showed a level of kindness that we don't often see. After a dryer fire in our basement PuroClean came to assess the damage within a day, and took care of all smoke and water damage promptly. The affected areas are in better condition now than before the fire! The staff was friendly and professional, and worked seamlessly with our insurance company and adjuster.
