Red Lobster

We dined at the Kenwood Location tonight and I must say " I was over the top PLEASED!". We had a waitress that was new, she said she had only two months under her belt. Her name was Summer, and before I left...I had to thank her. Out of all the times me and Mitchell have gone out to eat, every place we go they always keep his glass filled with Sweet Tea, but when it comes to me...I always have to ask or put my glass on the front of the table to be picked up then I'll get asked if I want more. But today!!!!! Summer brought me a refill and I was so shocked that I couldn't say anything. The food was on point, I tried something totally new and it was DELICIOUS! but my highlight was that "Refill" thank you so much Summer...you are the first person to ever "bring me a refill without me having to darn near beg for it"...big thanks goes to everyone at Red Lobster🤓...

Went there this past Thursday! The biscuits are amazing!! And the fettuccine Alfredo was delicious! We went there on a week night and it was actually quiet. I also enjoy seeing the lobsters in the fish tank! They’re always fun to watch when I go there! I also want to try the chocolate cake there too! Also, please don’t take the lobster tank out. I enjoy watching them while I wait. I also loved the blue margarita whatever you call it. It’s sweet with a taste of coconut. I had several sips from my dad’s glass. He didn’t like it but I SURE LOVED IT! Please keep it on the menu.

Honestly have given up on Red Lobster over the past 10 years after being one of my favorite restaurants. Decided to try a new location this evening. The food was great with a fair priced dinner special. To top it off our server, Demetrius, provided great service which is hard to come by these days.

It has been years since eating here. I expected a 45 minute wait at 6pm on a Friday night but was shocked at a 10 minute wait and that wasn't because there weren't empty tables but likely due to the cook staff keeping up with all of the carryout orders. The interior could use a refresh but the food was good and our waitress superb. Highly recommend the crispy brussel sprouts.

While I've ordered here before and the food is good depending on what you order, what really shines is the customer service. Their online ordering was down and I was charged, but they didn't receive the order, and despite it not being an issue that they could fix, everyone I talked to was very friendly and tried to help as best they could, even though the Red Lobster corporate phone number they were given to provide to customers isn't accepting calls. I wasn't able to order from them today, but because of the stellar customer service/friendliness, I will be ordering from them again(when the tech issues are sorted). The corporate Red Lobster customer service is -500/5, this specific store is easily 5 stars!

Great all you can eat shrimp! Our waitress was very good even though she was busy with other customers. We were celebrating a ladies birthday and she went out of her way to accommodate us. Even took our picture!

Food and experience was spectacular! I was a little disappointed Broccoli nor Asparagus were no longer on the menu but everything was still delicious. Our server Casey E was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Omg.... It was so good! Me & my husband love their Cajun chicken alfredo it has so much flavor and it came to the table hot!!! 🔥 The cheddar biscuits are always amazing!!! We love this location, our waitress was nice, there wasn't a long wait and the other workers said good bye and they hope we enjoyed everything just in passing.... Great customer service Great atmosphere and Great food!!!? What more can you asked for, we will definitely be back!!!

This Crispy Dragon Shrimp is the bomb!!! The shrimp is fried and covered in a spicy sauce and sits on a bed of coleslaw. I’m not a coleslaw person, however after one taste of this coleslaw, I was hooked. A spoonful of slaw and the sauce is delicious!!!!!

I always look forward to Endless Shrimp season, so I was ecstatic to say the least that this promotion had returned. This Red Lobster location did not disappoint. I sat at the bar, and the service from the bartender, Bryce, was outstanding and quick. She was so friendly, helpful, and courteous. I felt treated like a king at a feast! Thanks for the awesome service. I will be back to this location soon.

They are doing great with seperation of tables and our Lunch was Epic Quality.
Second Visit Today adding to review Still doing it right. The food was delicious I highly recommend fish and chips for lunch or maybe Coconut shrimp for Dinner. Thoroughly impressed with the preparation of the crab legs as they are super fresh and cooked perfectly.

I absolutely am shocked, stunned and happy to know that well rounded dinner with a drink can cost less than $25.....Amazing experience, super quality, and all at a great price. Posting photos to let you see why I will continue to return and also recommend Red Lobster.

Anneliese was our waitress and she was amazing! Super helpful in accommodating dietary restrictions and helped make our date night special.

It was our first time going to Red Lobster in over 5 years! So when my cousin invited us to her birthday party there I wasn’t too excited about going since our last time wasn’t that great.
Needless to say I was wrong.
Our waiter was Ethan and he was very helpful, friendly and funny.
He didn’t spare the cheddar bay biscuits and they were fresh and hot.
Mrs. Got the Pick 2 shrimp with coconut and lime tequila, Brussels sprouts and side salad with pineapple mango and citrus vinaigrette. Honestly I didn’t like either one of them since they were way too tart.
I got the Fish n Chips with a baked potato and coleslaw. Mine was good however I thought the portion size was small.
The rest of the party got coconut and popcorn shrimp, lobster tails and lobster mashed potatoes!
Nobody was complaining!
All in all it was a great experience!

Ultimate Feast!! 👍 although, went to the Kenwood location and they had said we needed to wait a few minutes for a table instead of a booth, since I had my elderly dad in a wheelchair which was fine, it was 1 pm on Friday. But. Couples kept walking in and they were seating all of them!! So, I asked why and they said they were short staffed. OK. I get that, but I walked into the main dining room and quess what. All the tables were empty except for 1 table! I made a stink of course because instead of filling all those booths up, why not tell the waiter or waitress to wait on a table instead of their booth?? Made no sense, after throwing a fit, we were seated with attitudes.

Prices have really gone up... everywhere! But the food is still so good. Our server was very good and we enjoyed our meal so much. ❤

Wow!!! What a ride 😊 Shirley the hostess gave an authentic vallet experience as she parked my car in almost one try! Also the lobster I had barely compared to her parallel parking skills!! Thanks for dinner and thanks Shirley for checking my oil!!!
